Love love loooove 💖💖 always love to watch any video from you and this was soooo good! Hope for a Part 2 of this: "when I'm not super strict on diet" or "on diet but other picks for breakfast, lunch and dinner" 🥰🥰 I know that breakfast a long time ago was not "just bread" or cereal, back in time we had real food as breakfast such as "egg & bacon" and no juice. It was so crazy much more healthy back then. Your breakfast in this video is a great inspiration! I feel that we don't need to copy your breakfast 100% but heavy inspired is great 🥰 and you're so right that we cannot eat just vegetables, we really need meat, chicken and fish. Protein from animals. We should avoid "3D printed meat" in the future. We need the same food that we've eaten for 1000s of years. I'm trying to eat like that but it's very very hard. Some ice cream here and there, bread for breakfast, pasta, rice... also curious if you take any supplements 🥺 we all should at least take vitamin D during winters and there are some researches about how much per day and I know it's about "international units" (IU) since not all countries are using grams. We shoule all educate ourselves about that. I've seen pretty new research that tells us that we should take at least 2-4 thousand IU per day during winters and other researches that tells us that if we got more body fat we need even more vitamin D because it mixes up with fat. Our skin produces vitamin D when we get exposed to the sun, so that's why the need for vitamin D as supplement is almost not needed during summer. But the older we got the less amount of vitamin D will the skin produce so older people that are outside at summer should take at least small doses during summer and bigger during winter. I just know some basics about a few of all supplements. Wish I knew much more 🥰 we should always eat as healthy as possible but we should also be aware of the need for supplements. The best way to find out the need for supplements is blood tests but that might be expensive. Food makes me often think about supplements 🥰🥰
Another video I would loooove to see from you is baking 🥰🥰 brownies and really anything yummy 😍
Love you so so soooooo crazy much! You've been my big fav since the day I found you 💖💖 you're so special! LOVE YOU MOST 💋💋 always equal kisses back to myyyy fav 💕💕

Omggg thank you so much for your comment! I really appreciate you!
You’re so right ,I also believe that protein from animals is super important for our bodies.
I also agree about the vitamin D. So important!
From what I’ve read it’s even better to take Vitamin D with Magnesium, together. Magnesium aids in the absorption of vitamin D.
I do take supplements. But I’d like to add some more.
I take Vitamin D and magnesium.
Thank you for your videos ideas 💡 I’ll keep them in mind.❤️

This is what I love to talk about 💖💖 loved your reply ❤️ I've never heard about the combo vitamin D plus magnesium, only vitamin D plus zinc. I will def check out the combo with magnesium 🥰🥰 i actually take magnesium a couple of days per week. I think we get magnesium also from meat but not as much as one pill will give us. We should not stop eating meat because of these pills of course, because good meat will give us maybe thousands of good nutricions (spelling?) with the best kind of protein that we can get ⭐️
I have NO WORDS for how happy I am that I found you and that you are you 😭😭💖 and anytime I will come up with even more ideas I will let you know hun 🥰🥰 and hope we can talk more about vitamins and stuff later on some day 💕 always so good to learn more 😍😍
