- A nonprofit developer unveiled a new affordable housing complex in North Sacramento, Thursday.
The property, named Salvator Apartments, features 120 units for residents with 50-70% area median income.
Developer Community HousingWorks held a grand opening for the newly built mixed-income housing community on Arden Way in Sacramento.

Affordable housing is like three hundred dollars a month or like six hundred dollars a month to buy or
they do look nice, but too bad it is in a bad area
that is actually the point. Hopefully it'll be like the scene from that movie Cars. Where after one part of the town gets clean, others will follow. Solid investment for the city. You get what you invest in. You want housing for working families? invest in it. You want people to have pride in the homes they live in? Invest in it.
