As of right now, we don't have a full-time pastor. Which is ok and how many churches in all of time were started.

@SimpleLivin it's hard to say I went to a church Independent Baptist he never went to seminary so I guess in a since you don't have too go to college

The Bible talks about seeking wise counsel and look to one that has more biblical knowledge. To become disciplines. So with those things in place we agree and don't feel some that is called to teach the word has to go to college.
