Great tips!! As a husband /wife team I can add to that list …. Don’t try to sleep at all going thru St. Louis. It’s impossible with the condition of that interstate. I believe I caught 6 seconds of air time on the bed the last time we went thru there and I was trying to sleep. 🤣 😂
The froli system reallyyyyyy helps a bunch with staying on the bed! Lol we have been airborne to many time and unfortunately have hurt our arms and shoulders because of it. Thats when we started to research how to improve the environment even more! It's funny how we memorize sections of the highways based on how bad the road conditions are. I really like the extra divider,you guys have been trucking for awhile so you may know or hasn't happened yet. So what I mean is your flex pipe under the semi tractor connected to your exhaust they crack but there's more.Don't allow your tractor to regen while you sleep. You may have a apu I just stumbled upon your channel.But hum maybe or maybe not someone would think about this but maybe some or a lot might not.What I'm getting at is to keep the Regen off while you sleep if you don't have a apu and run the engine all night.I also and more importantly keep the vents on high to ALWAYS make sure there is ALWAYS extra full flow airflow inside the cab.Even making sure there is a stream of air that is directed to my mouth for an easy breathing experience and to lighten the load on the lungs to breathe in easier.See if you take a Walmart bag just as an example and try to blow it up like a balloon in one breath you can't but if you open the bag fully open and take a breath to fill up the Walmart bag now fully open the bag fills up completely. It is the same for lungs at night and will recharge you better especially with two people sleeping at the same time and no windows open.See when we are sleeping are lungs are fully functioning by themselves and if you take the extra care to provide an airflow to your mouth it makes breathing at night alot alot easier. So that is the main thing.What I do is make sure there is ample airflow in the cab for sleeping and relaxing.They have a topper at Walmart level 1 2 3 and 4.The biggest thing to prevent sore joints is a firmer bed so level 4 is more supportive easy to get out of bed I like level 4 but to make a preferred choice level 3 is softer and you ooze into it but I can report that unlike super soft beds I had no joint pain.
But also I heard in Tennessee there is a special hotel that uses 14 extra quilts blankets for sleeping on their mattress. So I'm not saying to go that far but I use 3 extra Walmart blankets on top of the topper and I absorb into the quick sand ever so comfortably.
So there is a guy on RUclips his name is Ryan and has a truck service spot in Ohio and also in that area will do emergency calls like road side but also has a better apu that he sells and is an authorized dealer that is electric no engine no noise goes for 10 hours as I know up to now.I would prefer at least 18 hours of continuous run time on the batteries but I am pretty positive you can add more batteries for longer stays in the sleeper.Ryan is a engineer and can fix everything Semi tractor trailer related even has programs like a chip for a car would do for more noticable performance all factory computer hardware and multiple systems and has everything available if anyone is stumped he can fix it every time.His channel on RUclips is trucking and fixing with Ryan to find him.
So the massage chairs at the TA's work 45 minutes and what a difference the stress disappears.Ya know in a relationship we would love it if our partner would massage us but realistically it's not going to be a long massage. So my extra extra tip to eliminate arguments is a massage chair but shaper image has this pads that you can put over your seat that work incredibly well. So it really is that big of a difference when you finally know how well a massage works including a massage chair.Because you also can get a massage from a professional but are they really getting in there and do you have the availability to schedule a if possible 2 or 3 hour massage and can you afford it. So my point is a massage product is far far far more effective at taking the stress away.A hands on massage is expensive if it is a routine.Compared to how much a hard working person actually needs it can be very expensive if you can book a massage ever so effortlessly. So I like your approach I watch HGTV DIY network and I'm seeing that in your set up.I can talk all day but these are the important points with this videos topic.I have been to all of 47 states and this is the life for me.A side extra tip the windshield wipers you can go 24 inches factory is 22 but you have to get the frames not the squeegee style.The frames contour the window better scrubblade heavy duty 24 inches has two blades in one and with a 24 inch blade you also get an extra 2 inches for the window for when it raines.Peterbilt Dunn has the LEDs dot approved and really good service.

Thru the years we have done many many things to make life better out here! We are most passionate about cooking quality food and make the best sleep environment. So you got my attention. I'll look into that topper you mentioned. We have a pretty nice mattress am sleep system but things can always improve!!!
I do sleep with air blowing on my across my face and body. I unfortunatly have COPD.... I've spent the last 10 years learning how to support my lungs and bodies best. I love the message chair and going to try to find the cover you mentioned! We go to the chiropractor once a month and that really helps as well.

🪴Well my every effort as always is to be the best at everything I do as the same as helpful & teamwork.Always seeking solutions to everything my main focus is cars and I will be my 1st project car will be a 1991 Callaway Z28 Camaro if the B2K is an option that will be my focus when I decide to start an actual channel but coming across your channel I am noticing there is interest to more than just cars.It's a big deal to me to do an incredible job when I devote my time to build a channel It's a important to have time and that I am ready to build success and be really entertaining.For now this is my effort just making friends and enjoying RUclips as a Subscriber. My info is a share for benefits I am really geared to go but with the amount of effort I have had the opportunity to try those toppers it is a big deal hard to believe right that soft isn't the best option and Walmart is a easy stop. At Walgreens they used to see it's called a shiatsu massage and I think it's Sharper Image I am real time in my thoughts as things I'm into and it is a ac plug but you can route to the power inverter and it works very well and always looking for the solution and ya know 45 minutes is a must for things to work. The chiropractor is to have balance and everything in line to help remove bent up stress in joints but the back really is not touched it does make a big difference if you give the time and interest. Me a for instance there was a person taking a break in the chair next to me and turned it into a real how would you like a free back to back massage and we were laughing for a good portion of the massage and the giggles 🪇 also hahahaha makes a big difference processing everyday things hahahaha. So an adventure we are on and I appreciate the follow up and I as always hope things are going well.🥞
This was amazing love the set up I know my wife was able to sleep the best when I would drive in the truck we definitely do miss it a lot but that is so awesome

Yes your bedding environment is VERY important.. When I see truckers doing videos and their bed be messy and blankets are thrown everywhere, I immediately think how in the world can they drive with a bed like that lol. I have to make my bed so when I shut down its comfy and smelling good. And sometimes I lite candles after I shut down. Great video guys. Keep being great!! You also look very pretty today. I can't agree more!!! I don't know how people live in a mess. For me everything needs a hime and needs to be tidey. I love the idea of the candle. I wish we were stopped long enough to light one. Be safe out there and may God bless you
