Sitting here at 43 years old listening to two worship leaders that encouraged my walk and intimacy with Jesus throughout my young adult years. Darls always encouraged by your heart for people and love of Jesus above anything else. You both walk the talk when It comes to living out a life of honouring God and others. Thanks for being so open and vulnerable in your stories and trip down memory lane- the humanity side to your sharing helps keep us all transparent. Thank you. Much Love.
My most admired humble worship leaders of all time in one podcast! Martin, "Historymaker" led me to understand my calling and purpose in life in a celestial way like no other! Led to sing it in a youth mtg 22yrs ago! "Obsession" just floors me with earnest longing for more of the Lord. "It is You" by Darlene remains as my love song to Jesus! I was captivated by Him since then. Thank you, you two for your authenticity. ❤
Wow. That Hillsong+Delirious? Worship evening remains one of my favorite live albums...
Wow, Great to see Darlene after so many yrs. Going back on memory lane over 20yrs, how time has gone by. Darlene, your ministry has blessed people all over the world for all this time. The impact you guys had on the youth and young adults is priceless. God bless you and your family as you continue on this stage of your lives 🙌. Much love and prayers from South Africa 🇿🇦🙌
Thank you both for everything ❤❤
Darlene Zschech sings like an Angel 😇😇😇💫
You 2 have shaped my worship and the way I commune w Jesus - thank you!!
And thank you for your transparency about how your lives changed with your new fame! More of these open conversations are needed!!
Darlene❤❤❤❤❤❤my favorite worship leader
Wonderfully encouraging conversation. Thank you so much!
Kinda crazy to hear about worship that was taking place in the year 2000, it really was a special time.
Great conversation!
Martin! And Darlene. Two of my fave voices from Christian music of yesteryear. :)
well, goodness...i like you two even more. what a wonderful testament to your lives laid down for true worship that you've given to all of us around the world.
Very for your upcoming album, Darlene ❤
Love this interview of these two of my worship heros.
Thank you, Martin, for doing these Interviews. Seems like you started something in the worship world as Rick Beato is doing with all these secular artists of outstanding merits. I would really be grateful if you got to do such a talk with Kevin Prosch.
Great memory of late night McD's in your bus Mart, with the Zschech clan. Good days. 💛
Absolutely marvellous 🇨🇦🔥♥️
Thanks to you both for going before us all leading g the troops into battle and worship. What a difference you both have made in our lives and in the church world. What a blessing to hear you both share. ❤
Darlene really changed the game God bless her🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
This conversation is so inspiring! Thank you 🤍
I just was remember of meeting Geoff B at the Christian artist Seminar De Bron end 80´s. Before his marriage crashed. It was his first trip to Europe. My first experience with Hillsong music. Kingsway released the first CDs in Europe. Thank you for that
Great podcast! Thank you so much Martin. Growing up listening to you both unaware that you two were the best of friends this whole time makes this so meaningful. I appreciate your hard-work in this.
Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful interview! So great to hear your hearts, see your friendship. Loved every minute of it. Blessings.

Thanks for the discussion! Re: Next Wave - the church is sleeping on Electronic Dance Music. I have a big vision for God to move in this way.
I dunno. After deception and backsliding into clubbing and ecstatic dance, I'm not sure edm is something God is pleased with.
Do it 🔥
amen - EDM in church is the way forwards!
🥰
Two generals ❤
As much as I love both these people, Joyce Meyer is a health and wealth teacher. Ugggh. I’m trying to wrap my head around this.
Yes, its confusing. I also noticed that even though they were discussing the issue of how to manage being a Christian song writer in a godly way there was literally zero scripture referenced or any attempt to articulate a theology of why it's ok to make money from writing Christian songs, in particular getting money every time a song is sung in a church. I'm not saying its all definitely not ok as I haven't studied the topic out, but worryingly the content of their conversation indicates that they don't seem to have studied it out either.
@@lizzyumoh1 Corinthians 9:14 - In the same way, the Lord commanded that those who proclaim the gospel should get their living by the gospel.
The same way you pay for Christian books because it costs time and money to have them published, there are laws and systems in place when it comes to writing, recording and publishing songs. It costs a lot of money, and the worker is entitled to wages! 1 Cor 9.
Joyce Meyer has taught/written about a lot more than just health and wealth. I know people have been very impacted by her ministry and testimony - especially her preaching on forgiveness and healing from the past etc. Different ministers have different things to offer the body of Christ. Even if you don’t agree with everything someone preaches, they can still be a very genuine believer with an important message, and God can use them for His glory :)
@@roseroyaltyy She might be a good motivational speaker. But if she is spreading a compromised gospel, that still is a problem.
What was the podcast Martin was talking about regarding a guy stepping out and Darlene stepping in?
Shalom! 🌈💝😇 Well, there are different ministrations in the church/body of Christ our LORD, Amen. Not all sing; not all prophecy; not all make money in the world; GOD bless you guys [lovely brethren], Amen. Beloved, if so, please try visiting [brother] Marty Sampson which seemed to be lost in grace currently... Faithful grace be to ye, Amen. JAMES 1.7; 1 JOHN 3.17; Peace/Shalom 📖⚖🙌🙏💪🌈💝
"promosm" 👌
Did she just let jesus heal her or has she spent some of her fortune getting the best secular treatment in the world money can buy often at the hands of unbelievers ? The truth never hurts hypocrisy and lies always do because they are evil
That was truly terrible really forced they come across as bland and plastic specially smith. Watching 2 millionaires who got that fortune from the most derivative misleading least proficient music genres in the world deserves zero views but they got as wealthy as they have because there is zero discerment from thier punters
