Gluconeogenesis in Hindi

This video explains about the process of Gluconeogenesis in Hindi. Gluconeogenesis is just reverse process of Glycolysis, but some Glycolysis enzymes can not catalyse reverse reactions so that there are several different enzymes in Gluconeogenesis for catalysing those irreversible reactions. Gluconeogenesis simply means the production of glucose from the source other than carbohydrates. These sources are protein (glucogenic amino acid), glycerol, Pyruvate, Lactate etc.

Oxaloacetate can't cross the mitochondrial inner membrane directly,so it's first convert to malate and cross the membrane,and then again malate converted to oxaloacetate
