I feel like rebirth SBMM or EBMM whatever you want to call it is a bit weaker in rebirth at least for me. 3 out of 4 players on my normal quads team have above 1.5kd in rebirth, and we still end up getting bot lobbies. But when we play verdansk, it just feels a lot stronger. Anyone else have this?

Couple days before my friend and I could casually pull out a win every other match, but today and yesterday we kept getting shit on. We go and check the average KD of the lobby and it is the HIGHEST I have ever seen in my ~1300 matches with a 1.90

in games that have a ranking system and a social playlist normally the only difference son the social playlist is that the rank is hidden from the player, this is so hardcore players just don't go and stomp lower skill players.
Why can't Call Of Duty just have Casual and Ranked playlists? Halo has done this shit since 2004 and you hear almost nobody complain about it the same way the COD community does.
Just my 2 cents, SBMM is good for the game. People claiming its more fun just enjoy the game moet when people are worse than them in the lobby. If they are constantly the worst in the lobby they probably won’t enjoy it.

I’ve played about 50 matches of the new season and only 5 were on the new map, I just love Rebirth Resurgence so much and I don’t like how open the new map is, it kind of makes it easy to get sniped
I like Rebirth Island because it's pretty fast and short mode, in which you won't be so tilted if you get killed on 3rd place. You don't spend 30 mins running around a map just to be killed by a swetty-ass Roze
I can confirm as a player in the Middle East that resurgence does NOT have SBMM. All of the games I play in resurgence are ~30ms ping (as it connects me to the Bahrain server every time). However the regular modes will be anywhere from 30-150ms connecting me anywhere from Bahrain server to EU servers likely due to the segmentation of the player base as a result of SBMM (as if the ME player base wasn’t small enough), thus connecting me to a different server region in order to find enough players of my “skill level” in reasonable time. SBMM is ruining the game in more ways than you might believe...
Streamers are always complaining about SBMM but never consider the enjoyment of 80% of the players. I think SBMM is good. It maintains the community of players by adding consistency to your games and ensures you don't get steam rolled. But hey what do I know maybe the average Joe likes getting wrecked by some streamer who who is on is 15th game of the night

Wouldn't the solution be, play how you want. I mean you would lose more until you found yourself in a lower tier. Then you could play the way you wanted and not feel like you were disadvantaged?

I think that a switch would be the best option, so that you would have a "competitive" or "tournament" lobby designated for it, and then a non-SBMM for casual gaming

Removing SBMM would only make it worse, no? You'd definitely be in with the 1.5+ players then. I know that they say it's a little more advanced than straight up K/D matching but there must be so many other factors that make it impossible to balance every game. Just one would be the amount of people, on your server and at your skill level, who are queuing for a game at the same time. Can't be easy to find 150 identical people for every game.
@@SamFr1000 no, the 1.5+ K/D in this game right now are just 1% of the entire player base. So most of the time you wont ever meet them. I play BF1 and in its prime time I only see 1 or 2 really good players in the entire session and I am just an average player.
It might not be that there isn't SBMM, but more likely that players just engage with this LTM differently. The stats for it do not count towards your regular Warzone BR stats (wins, KD, SPM, etc). People are just more likely to try out goofy, off-meta stuff here, or solo queue up with randoms. The regular BR remains the "serious" mode that people wait for their friends to come online to play, and use meta weapons to give them the best chance to win.
The problem is I never have tryhards because I am a lower skill player, and with this now i run into mega sweats and have yet to get a win in this mode. I preferred normal trios way more and never touch verdanks resurgence because of that. Kinda sad because I like the respawn system very much.
Well, the issue with "healthy mix of skills", is that if you are a top player, chances of getting someone seriously above you is slim, because there are just a few of them in total. It will mostly be same-skilled people and lower-skilled people. But if you're in the middle, "a mix" of even a couple of people like Jack and it's a GG for you, unless you're super lucky.
I like SBMM, mostly because I play a lot of fighting games. However, I have always been an advocate for both a casual gamemode and a some sort of ranked one. I understand there's concern about splitting the player base, but I kinda don't care.

Its always been how you'd describe Cod especially jetpack cods but even cold war, the movement is quicker and more "arcadey" than modern warfare/warzone. Arcadey meaning anything but realistic, battlefield personally I wouldn't describe as arcadey. Also not every Cod game ever made is arcadey just most are.

That’s exactly my experience too. 1-2/3 kd, and I get maybe one lobby every few days where I actually feel like I can compete. Where are all the other people who are average like me?
I'm not lying as a 1.3 KD that I get 1 out of 20 matches where I actually can compete the rest is lobbies where the avarage lobby is even higher then my own! Love the game but why this matchmaking where some players have a terrible experience.

What got me interested was being able to possibly find some gameplay from someone using the underbarrel grenade launcher. Got disappointed in the end as the under barrel grenade launcher has a lot of potential from the usual explosives to all sorts of variants like smoke, stun, thermite, flash, and recon. Very underrated being out shadowed by the commando foregrip. Also not to mention you can carry 6 of them plus one in the barrel (the ammo is launcher ammo)
My first warzone streamers were timthetatman, nickmercs and them guys, but since I found jack and tomographic and the guys just made me go from f**k yeah aggressive plays and get all the kills to actually enjoy the game and love the content. Them guys are big and all but you guys are just lvls above just cuz your content Keep up the good work!!

@@YutaponCube i’m talking pure gameplay. it’s got a lot of issues and should be much better, but it’s amazing as far as BR’s go. server issues and security against hackers are clearly piss poor, as well as gun balancing, lack of updates and content, etc. just based on mechanics, design, flow, pacing, etc it’s second to none.

I know that they say it's a little more advanced than straight up K/D matching but there must be so many other factors that make it impossible to balance every game. Just one would be the amount of people, on your server and at your skill level, who are queuing for a game at the same time. Can't be easy to find 150 identical people for every game.
@@SamFr1000 no, the 1.5+ K/D in this game right now are just 1% of the entire player base. So most of the time you wont ever meet them. I play BF1 and in its prime time I only see 1 or 2 really good players in the entire session and I am just an average player.
It might not be that there isn't SBMM, but more likely that players just engage with this LTM differently. The stats for it do not count towards your regular Warzone BR stats (wins, KD, SPM, etc). People are just more likely to try out goofy, off-meta stuff here, or solo queue up with randoms. The regular BR remains the "serious" mode that people wait for their friends to come online to play, and use meta weapons to give them the best chance to win.

The problem is I never have tryhards because I am a lower skill player, and with this now i run into mega sweats and have yet to get a win in this mode. I preferred normal trios way more and never touch verdanks resurgence because of that. Kinda sad because I like the respawn system very much.

Well, the issue with "healthy mix of skills", is that if you are a top player, chances of getting someone seriously above you is slim, because there are just a few of them in total. It will mostly be same-skilled people and lower-skilled people. But if you're in the middle, "a mix" of even a couple of people like Jack and it's a GG for you, unless you're super lucky.
I like SBMM, mostly because I play a lot of fighting games. However, I have always been an advocate for both a casual gamemode and a some sort of ranked one. I understand there's concern about splitting the player base, but I kinda don't care.

Its always been how you'd describe Cod especially jetpack cods but even cold war, the movement is quicker and more "arcadey" than modern warfare/warzone. Arcadey meaning anything but realistic, battlefield personally I wouldn't describe as arcadey. Also not every Cod game ever made is arcadey just most are.

That’s exactly my experience too. 1-2/3 kd, and I get maybe one lobby every few days where I actually feel like I can compete. Where are all the other people who are average like me?
I'm not lying as a 1.3 KD that I get 1 out of 20 matches where I actually can compete the rest is lobbies where the avarage lobby is even higher then my own! Love the game but why this matchmaking where some players have a terrible experience.

What got me interested was being able to possibly find some gameplay from someone using the underbarrel grenade launcher. Got disappointed in the end as the under barrel grenade launcher has a lot of potential from the usual explosives to all sorts of variants like smoke, stun, thermite, flash, and recon. Very underrated being out shadowed by the commando foregrip. Also not to mention you can carry 6 of them plus one in the barrel (the ammo is launcher ammo)

My first warzone streamers were timthetatman, nickmercs and them guys, but since I found jack and tomographic and the guys just made me go from f**k yeah aggressive plays and get all the kills to actually enjoy the game and love the content.
