i very proudly own a 08 LS and i firmly believe the LS Series is the best car this planet has ever seen..ask anyone that has ever owned one..... Not loaned one... or Test drove one... BUT OWNED ONE!! ty so much for this video i drove my LS alone from Tampa to NYC and the car drove and rode like a dreamship im at 133K just recently did the control arms and front struts i plan on keeping this car for a very good while ty again for all your LS videos mush APPRECIATED
You’re welcome! Thanks for watching. My LS is definitely the nicest car I’ve owned. I’m glad you done a road trip in yours as well. That’s what they are built for!!
@@bennieaust Think I might have found one a one owner 196000 km example with a full history. Hope to add it to what my mates call my collection of shitboxes jap import forester stb merc 123 200 manual merc 126 560 sel and as Delboy from fools and horses woul say the creme de menthe an xj 12 series 3 seldom runs!
Thanks Dave! I was a great car to do it in. I am using the factory Mark Levinson system with the addition of the GROM Vline2. I have thought about making a video specifically about the GROM. I know there are other videos about it but I’m not sure if there are any about it in an LS460. Should I do that?
@@bennieaust Bernie, I made the comment before I watched your other vids. And Grom has their own vid own installation, but as we all know, those can gloss over some details in the name of "sales" so for you to make one for the real world would be great. I would be very curious about your opinions on functionality and how you like it. The vid with a user on their website seems a little clunky, but who knows. So, my answer is, yes please do one!
That's awesome!! If you follow google maps it will send you on a good route. The main thing to avoid is going through Chicago. Google maps will send you down south far enough to avoid the traffic and tolls in that area. Hope you have a great trip!!
I think heading down to the Everglades is a worthwhile trip. There are a few stops you can make to see some alligators up close. Checkout the "Oasis Ranger Station". Its free and there are always gators hanging out. I would also highly recommend "Everglades Air Boat Tours" and Capt. Steven Lenz www.evergladescity-airboattours.com/ ruclips.net/video/W-9Q4eDzcJE/видео.html Also look in to getting a Uni toll transponder: www.amazon.com/Prepaid-Portable-Automatic-Payment-Nonstop/dp/B08C3T3KYR Then setup an account and register your transponder here: epass.cfxway.com/EpassWeb/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FEpassWeb%2FManage I hope you have an awesome safe trip!
Thanks! I want to go on another trip too. :) I averaged 26 for the entire trip. Which was obviously mostly highway, but there was a lot of driving while down there.

Did you drive straight through both ways? If so, did you just take turns driving and sleeping?
That’s exactly what we did. You can really cover a lot of ground fast doing it that way.
Hey I from Jordan Minn. About to the same drive from Shakopee to Fort Myers here in a few weeks! Any tips or places to check out?
