Must be a comfort to know that big pulley wheel and belt are whizzing around at a million miles an hour so close to your ass sat on that seat 😰😰😰. when we fitted new belts we used rattle cans of paint a different colour for each season and put a couple of dots on the new belt that way we knew what year it was replaced .
I know your probably done servicing it . But I would put John Deere Corn Head Grease in that gear box. Zerk on drain plug and keep it full . I love corn head grease. STAY SAFE AND TAKE CARE DUFFY !!!! HOPE YOUR DAUGHTER IS GROWING LIKE A WEED !!!
Don't forget to grease the fitting under the seat. It's on that main shaft and hidden in a pulley close to the engine. Many people don't know of it until it is too late.
Please, please use only grade 8 bolts for shear bolts. Looks like you are getting a lot done to me regardless of what time you start in the morning. Keep up the good work!
The looking good so excited to see some corn start rolling in are cheat and follow you on Instagram as always Chris keep doing what you're doing and I'll keep watching in all your trials and tribulations and bend your bows up on your grain cart so your tarp sheds water better lol
Chris why you're doing everything else to the cart. You might consider Changing the carrier bearing On the front of that shaft next to the p.T o Shaft. Just a thought . Good luck. On corn harvest.💪🇺🇲👍🚜🌽
That cart is the same as a John Deere 500 cart. Cut a door on the bottom of the tube to let the water out during the off season, the seals go bad on the auger side. You will put seals or a gear box in every year if you don’t.
The Deere 500 was made by UFT. This one was made by Parker Manufacturing. It has an inner and out door at bottom of auger housing. But you are correct about leaving the doors open so rain/snow, etc runs thru and out.
Maybe cut that hole bigger in the shield where the belt goes through it so you don’t ruin your belt. I noticed it was already wore down where the belt was rubbing against it.
ers. There was something about that combine I wanted to share but it is gone. By the way I am in a nursing home because I am some what crippled and bad me
Good amount of accomplishment on this video. Looking forward to seeing some corn harvested.

You're right chris. Out here in oz we call them cĥaser bins because they chase the harvester around the paddock
Keep on making improvements in repair. Lots of belts, bearings , u-joints. Grease fittings and the list goes on.
Ready, set, harvest👍👍👍
25:49 You were going to reweld the welded plate better as you thought it was bad.
Grain hopper! Lol makes the most since, plus you need a oliver 2255 front wheel assist to pull your grain hopper!
Takes time to get everything ready to go
Another good day Bud!!!
Top of the tarp could use a good pressure wash.
Those small hands of Robert help put .

Hi,I am a Farmer from IL,I have an 89 9600 that you might be interested in.There is no comparison between an 8820,and a 9600
It takes a lot of money and it takes a lot of time to replace stuff on your equipment and nothing is cheap
Always keep that cart for the 2755... have 2 to keep trucks going.... eventually
It’s a Grain Cart.
checking things before you need them saves time laterwhen you are busy
Hang in there bro, I have written before habie. I'M more than in a habit in watching you, I am close to addicted, we could be broth
Bra gjort!
Is it a grain cart, grain buggy, or auger wagon?
Yes
All are used and includes "Chaser Bin"
Grain hopper
In California I've heard it called a bank out wagon
this is a question that has been asked through the ages; the answer lies in a scroll beneath the pyramids.
Good job Chris, you and the boys are getting closer to doing corn ,and the cart is coming along, it will be a game changer for you.

memory. So --long, till I write again.
Don't forget to address that rattle on your engine exhaust
harbor freight sells a kit to put the eyes back in the tarps=
Never pull a drain plug without taking the fill plug out first.

Your wrist mounted (phone?) is missing.
You should find some cardboard to lay on instead of laying on the dirt ground
“Grain Cart”, when you talk about a horse and buggy the buggy tends to have four wheels. Just saying.
except, if its a 2 wheeled horse buggy, just saying
People....😂
🚜🌾
you will not need the seat , it will never run any way .
