It really was so good. Food in Hokkaido is on another level. That ramen store (Sumire) is a famous chain in Japan, but that particular store is famous for being the 1st one to open and start it all off. Totally forgot to mention that in video 😁
Yeah this was the 2023 festival, and the first (and only) one I've seen. I will definitely go again though, both the food and the spectacle of it all is just top tier. I hope you can sometime! Definitely come back when you can 😁
