My dear Eritrean brothers and sisters this was part of our beautiful 1997 constitution which would secure our human dignity and wouldn't allow killing, murder, jail, slavery, tyranny and dictatorship and wouldn't allow a criminal murderer ISAYAS AFEWORKI be the law and the judge and the owner of our country and our people, but as a nation we FAILED to ratify it by force. Thank you DR BEREKET HABTESILASE and the rest of you TRUE ERITREANS for drafting this monumental constitution. It will not be too long before we ratify it. Article 15 - Right to Life and Liberty 1.
