Feeding sourdough for a slow rise

  • My sourdough takes about 2 days to rise after being in the fridge, so I am pre-planning baking a loaf tomorrow by doing a slow rise feed.
    I am feeding 10-15g of starter with 100g of flour and water, and it will rise overnight and be ready to start a loaf with in the morning.
