One thing I learned about Harley D. bikes a long time ago is that they make everything as difficult as possible, so you as the owner have to bring it in to THEIR shop to get things done. Especially if you have warranty, it says they can deny it even if the problem was caused by an "Act of God or Weather". Biggest issue you will have is your battery dying because of the security system on the bike and having to replace the battery which SUCKS.

I don't even own a 48 yet nor am I close to buying one because I've just started FMS course. But I enjoy your videos and it gives me a lot of information about the sporty and the modifications I would be able to make. Really considering the 1200 instead of the 883 being 6ft 195, i'm afraid the 883 would scream and make me feel like a big turd on it XD I also like the Lowrider S but it may be a little bit over my budget for now.

Whats the difference between buying the Dynojet tuner and taking the bike to a dyno tuning shop?
I found a shop in Concord called BRG that charges about $950 to retune your ECU based on what your set up is. What are you thoughts on that?
That is a lot of work. But, stock map and hardware sucks ! Now you've returned the engine to how it's supposed to run. A bit more fuel. It will run a bit cooler. And maybe a bit more mpg. Good job !

What kind of gas mileage do you get with those upgrades?
You shouldn't use loctite on your O2 sensor, you should be using anti seize. Also those exhaust gaskets are the correct ones to use.
How are you able to shipped all that in cali w out restrictions? Or they are cali compliant
It’s easy just shop around and find a place
On eBay or a local independent shop will order it for you
I’ve got a question😹you took off the plating near the 1200 writing would it be safe to leave the plating off if u wanted

Lol thanks for the time code. I had no idea what you were referencing 😅 but you should keep the plate on. I wouldn't leave it off. I might have seen someone leave it off for looks, but I wouldn't chance anything to fly in there and screw up your bike 😬🤙
Also those are the correct exhaust gaskets aftermarket exhaust uses the flat exhaust gaskets not
The stock tapered ones switch it out it might feel
Like it works but u def crushed the stock ones in putting on the pipes

Do you need a bracket to install the rear brake again, mine is not lining up without the rear peg
Everything on mine lined up fine. Just make sure you look at the install instructions carefully and use all of the parts. I remember there was a spacer that's used with the bracket. It goes inside of the engine casing with the big bolt that holds the bracket. Brake pedal didn't need anything and fit back in fine.
How do ya like the power vision 4 ? I got my bikes with pipes installed and no tune
I recommend the Vance and Hines FP4. I had the previous model FP3 and liked it more than this DynoJet one. I made some review videos, check it out 🤙
I’m watching now and looking at Vance and Hines I’m not sure what exhaust is on my bike it’s a offbrand straight pipe that I can’t find on the internet lol but it’s stock air filter and it pops bad it’s loud and runs alright but I know it can be better , I picked up a 15 Forty Eight so I’m glad I found your channel.
