Manuj sir.., this exercise wala thing I used to do during my Diploma, I topped the class during my Diploma. this is the most efficient way of studying a chapter/topic from a text book I am preparing for UPSC now, and I am using this technique for exam prep. I am sure it is a time-tested technique.
