@@souvikchakraborty8055well this year the paper came from the topics which was absolutely unpredictable Eg-sports and there were very few questions related to modern and medieval history,,,,, Also the csat paper was absolute tough(which previously hardly required any serious preparation) It is been said that gov. Wants to promote entrepreneurship hence is now making gov. Jobs more difficult to qualify.

His path would become much easier, no coaching no nothing required... Just ask him to get a very very strong command over ncerts and standard books, and last 10 years of prelims and mains pyqs... It becomes very boring in my coaching class just to cram the facts especially when it's related to different dynasties of south india and North Western invasion and their kings. Kindly help in this too sir. & Sir is it necessary to learn all the fundamental rights and the SC cases related to it?
I will tell you my way of doing it but you can't run away from remembering things cause it's history after all, first read some standard book once or learn from some video courses,no need to remember everything at this point, just get a brief idea ki aisa aisa hua tha, then you will get a basic idea of how everything happened in order, just keep that order in mind and study accordingly and remember in form of stories, the more you will know the background story the easier it will be to remember small things, and try to make short notes on factual things and remember the connection between them through stories.

( ca and lakshmikanth) 4. reading laxmikanth - features, preamble, parliament etc. 5. important supreme court judgments ( current aswell) how to study laxmikanth book? 1. how wr studying various chapters, and which chapter to start from? chronology - not from chapter 1 rather start from chapter of president of india, vice president , then governor , then emergency provisions - then revise then next pm, cabinet central, cm and state council. revise then parliament - CAG (part 7) - STATE legislative assembly - supreme court - judical review chapter - high court - judical activism - pil chapter tribunals - AG - then advocate general and then upsc and spsc. Constitution principles - 11th class book. structure of indian polity. supreme court judgements ( overview of cases) Constitution of india - part 1 was what is it state ( coz admission of new states) part 2 citenzenship part3 - rights part 4 - dpsp part 4A( fundamental duties) part 5 - executives ( who runs this country) (read TOC of Constitution) remembere only major articles, amendments, current. ( gotta comeback so just leaving it here💀)
95 % students here are avg or below avg, Only covering Laxmikant is more than enough.. Don't get misguided with multiple sources, do one thing several times is much more effective.

many people recommend subhash's 3 books on polity and say that those are sponsored by Indian Govt. Do I need to read those 3 too in addition to Manuj Sir's recommended books?
Sir kindly tell how to study ancient and medieval india for a science background student. It becomes very boring in my coaching class just to cram the facts especially when it's related to different dynasties of south india and North Western invasion and their kings. Kindly help in this too sir.

I will tell you my way of doing it but you can't run away from remembering things cause it's history after all, first read some standard book once or learn from some video courses,no need to remember everything at this point, just get a brief idea ki aisa aisa hua tha, then you will get a basic idea of how everything happened in order, just keep that order in mind and study accordingly and remember in form of stories, the more you will know the background story the easier it will be to remember small things, and try to make short notes on factual things and remember the connection between them through stories.
