11:56 - I've just realized you could spam save and load to prevent enemies from attacking you. They start the attacking animation sequence each time you load the game.
Author, if you reading this i'd want to point out ,that final boss can be done without your pocket arsenal,because you could shoot in his pink hole with help of those stationary laser turrets - that's all ^_^ Anyway, you are really a very patient man,because you did ,that many can't . At least jump over that power box segment without shooting ,or blowing it up... Congratulations!

if you ever run into a situation like the one at 17:30 again with another goldsrc game, then holding A + W into a wall (or D + W if the wall is on the right side) will actually make you move faster than just holding W similar to this, you can also move a bit faster than normal speed if you spam A then D over and over again while walking, if there are no nearby walls you can do that trick on now, i actually dont know if this works in all half life 1 extension games, but i assume it does since it works in Sven Co-op edit: after watching the section again, it actually looks like that is what you did to get past that section anyway

I just want to say that I remember myself beating the final boss by shooting the... hole with the emplaced guns! I didn't know you could shoot it with regular weapons, so technically you dont have to use guns there, as only 'picked up guns' count towards rule #1.
So if you allow non lethal me mechanics on weapons in the case of the barnacle what about the secondary fire on the teleport gun. It's not required for progress so it should be disqualified but you can skip portions of the map with it.

1:30 the combat knife is actually a stronger version of the crowbar. the crowbar does 5 damage per hit, while the combat knife does 10 damage per hit.

Yep! I didn’t pick it up during my run since it just teleports you to stashes of goods in most instances. Completed the run without it.
