- In this episode we swap out the old blown up Toyota transmission for a upgraded stronger transmission. The transmission that was in this was the last weak point of the entire build. It will be nice piece of mind to have a stronger transmission in it since we like to drive it to and from the trails. Part 2 coming soon!

I'm gonna put one of these behind a 1jzgte in my is300 drift car, they're basically r154's with a better ratio for my purposes of sliding and the same strength as r154 afaik. 2WD version though not the r150f

what did you use to clean the transmission? what degreaser and tools? love the channel. just found it today. keep up the great content!

I have a built RF1A transfercase. 23 Spline input, RCV output and twin sticks. Stock gearing but it’s ready for 4.70 gears. Hit me up if interested
What do you have in it now? G56? W56? Yeah those aren't as strong as the R150.
