Everyone's so focused on what he says after, but at 2:50 I noticed the Lie detector didn't beep during him saying that

Or it means that he was actually supposed to ask one final question due to company policy, and then he asks a different question.

Well, the scentence "I'm lying" without any other context can neither be true, nor false.
So the machine has no reason to check for true or false statement...
...except if the scentence implicts that you're ALWAYS lying.
And that said, no one is always lying, even if he or she might try really hard to do so.
Therefore, the statemend "I'm (always) lying" is false, therefore, the lie detector correctly beeps for a false statement.

The fact that the buzzer didn’t go off when he said “I’m required to ask you one final question” implies he actually does have to ask if the other guy would sleep with him to get the job
Maybe there was "One Final Question" he had to ask, but it wasn't that question

The only thing you are really voting on is their policy and how they'll react to any given situation, which is what actually matters anyway. If we implement this then with my current projections we will become a utopia by 2034, or a dystopia where a country is run on the basis of who's the best at explaining why the waifu or husbando that is already the most popular is the best.

I see a lot saying that because the buzzer didn't go off when the interviewer asked the final question, it means that the last question by the firm was whether the other guy would sleep with males for a job oppritunity
Now, I believe that this was not the question, but the question was "Would you sleep with others for job opportunity".
This is a fine question to ask and is normal, now what the interviewer said is not incorrect, because although the final question does not specify it explicitly, it is included within the question, because sleeping with males for a job opportunity is included with sleeping with others.
Therefore, the interviewer simply twisted the question in a way more specific, to hear a more specific answer form the interviewed. fin.
