Hopefully this video helps you all out when starting your latest journey in Soul Mask and these tips teach you something new or serve as a good reminder to something you may have overlooked or forgotten as this game is HUGE. There will be PLENTY more SoulMask content coming to my channel very shortly so stay tuned if you're enjoying the game as much as I am! Mind blowing statement to follow for those who haven't noticed it yet... Primary Tip: It's in the name of the game. "Soul Mask". You are playing a parasitic mind controlling mask, not the meat bag you see moving around. Your primary goal is to level and unlock masks and their abilities. Secondary goal is to collect meat bags "humans" that have the aptitude for higher skill and put them to use where they are of best use. Don't believe me? Open up your skills menu and take note of the level cap of each skill. Then look at the others that you have taken control over. This game is on another level entirely. lol
Super duper pro fast travel tip for single player mode: check "spawn death package in front of you after death" in server advanced settings, build bonfires/campfires around the map. After death/suicide (or press Esc and click Respawn) just choose bonfire/campfire where you want to respawn at. 6 bonfires available per tribe and unlimited number of campfires.
Another tip use the custom markers as a location to send your tribe members further from the camp so they don't run out of resources to farm. I've placed 3 just around the base and setup 3 work orders for the one tribe member, one for each location.
Am i crazy or do you get different stats when you level for example I had 2 playthroughs and the 1st time around i had my HP than my 2nd playthrough i didn't alter settings and this is in regards to your main character you start with is it rng for what stats you gets as you level or am i delusional or something 😂
Great video! I subscribed and am forward to more soul masks updates Would also be cool if you dedicated some content on min-maxing a build, what stats to level up for each mask type, best weapon to use for which situations and corresponding “perfect build” for each weapon types we want to focus on.
Thanks much appreciated and I'm glad you found the video useful! Will have a look into that for sure when I get some more hours in game to work it out!
Later into the game there is a way to save your tribesmen's DNA and revive them as such but early game there isnt really any option unfortunately if you play on a PvP server.
Select the plant type on the farm and then place them in one of your inventory quickslots like slot '5' for example, then press that hotkey and left click to place in farm. Then it will tell you which fertilizer the crop needs in order to start growing. Also note that for some plants later on the climate of the area matters but for cotton you should be fine in the rain forest.

Not renaming your tribe members is a sin.
I always rename my Llama to Gerry.

IS there a trick to get my tribesmen to restock their own arrows when they run out?
Haven't worked this one out myself yet, not an obvious one unless I have overlooked something but if anyone knows please let us know!
@@Invin Hehe, glad it isn't just me sitting here scratching my head thinking I missed something obvious
how to stop ppl from killing your tribesmen??
Play pve. Pvp is always toxic in games like this.

I remember spawn traps in ark.
can a bonfire be moved from a place to another place ? I think I chose the wrong spot for the bonfire
Yes. You can also have several at once.
Hold E and move it or just take it back to your inventory
Yes, as others have said here you can relocate it or pick it back up no worries.
Why not say how u actually execute some actions. Like farming. How do you get those damn cotton seeds in the soil. Been trying to figure that out

Nice tips, bro. Thanx.
Why's this look like ARK Survival II: Mesoamerica Boogaloo? 🤮
None of my friend will get it. I’m having such a great time just playing solo on my own world even the ARK glazers I know wouldn’t bite… sadge 😢
Hope you can get some people on soon, game is great solo but also great and a bit easier with friends.
Wild fruits from scything also increase tribe member moods. Which can be rough to manage early on.
Just keeping them fed usually works so having berries and nuts but also having meat from when you go hunting will all help.
@@Invin I only noticed the wild fruit says specifically that it increases mood.
