If that's what's holding you back, never play again. If you can't get use to the fact of losing your base, especially with the seasons mechanic, you should uninstall now
Calibrating Weapons: DO NOT use stardust for calibration as you are leveling up. The first few calibration levels only require in-game renewable resources, so stop calibration at the highest calibration level before it requires stardust.
Need help understanding the reroll of specialization skills, If i reroll, are the new skills the ones i could previously choose from or completely new ones that did not show up
Hey! It's actually both - think of it as a set pool of skills, when you reroll the game randomly chooses 4 skills from the pool and lets you choose one. This can include any from the pool including ones you've seen previously. If you have an unspent skill point and don't like any of the choices though, you can leave it unpicked and those choices are now removed from the pool for future choices, you won't see them again until you choose one of them
Curious just because of the scenery picky or anything else behind? I was in your shoes a few weeks ago but me and my mates found a good home in the desert :)
People dont seem to realize that you are gonna have to wish with starchrome if you want to win fragments for your gun. You should buy the weapon/armor you want. Then roll on the machine and pray to the rng god that you get the weapon again, or one in the same category to level your blueprint up. The first version fully calibrated to max will do lower damage than an upgraded blueprint with no calibrations. Calibrating is also a waste of materials, it's also better to just calibrate a few into, since your gonna lose most of the calibration materials when you upgrade the blueprint.
It’s also more efficient to roll on the banners in the wish machine because of the fragments because of the blueprint upgrade mechanics. It takes 12k to get the banner item if you have to fully go through it and you build up shards of blueprints that you can use to upgrade that item.
For me i just craft the gravel on the go and raincatcher and sell it and equip the early game armor for 50+ extra load and move my base near a vendor..its not much but yeah energy link is energy link😂
The devs stated what is transferring. We won’t be starting from scratch. Many things are transferring to the new season, including blueprints. I’ll have a great rifle and melee weapon to begin with also a key glove and armor set. 😉
My buddy had the same problem. I gave him all the rights to my base and build him a new home. He can use everything craft and build too. At least this way he can co tinge playing.
Still haven't gotten the specializations I want. Really holding me back. Some of them are almost mandatory for way easier time. Sadge. That's the one thing I would change in this game, above all even the 6 week wipe.
Ugh, every creator keeps repeating "Don't use the wish machine; just buy the Blueprints" DON'T DO THAT. you pay 8k for a legendary weapon BP, if you roll 10k in wishes, you are guaranteed to get the top prize from the wish machine, AND you get all the other BPs out of it that are used for upgrading your other blueprints. The Wish machine is an integral part of upgrading your gear and not playing is exactly how to gimp yourself in the long run. Save up 10-12k Starchrom and play the wish machine, you'll get what you want, and much more to use for BP upgrades. An aside, the Starchrom seasonal purchases can all be found in the game world via looting and the design station, so don't also make that mistake like me too. (Like the cool double bed for 1k Starchrom, yeah... you can find that in loot, or from using the design station... 😒 fml)
"save up 10k starchrom, play the machine and you'll get what you want" Alright, how do i get the weapons that are not on the jackpot list for the banner? Like you know the only weapons that are guaranteed so far are the kvd boom boom and the last valor, if you want literally any other weapons beside these 2. Buying it straight up for 8k is definitely the way to go 🤦🏻♂️
This is wrong. You should buy the best you want first and then roll from there. Bc you will want to already have those guns so you can go ahead and start upgrading the stars .
@@hatakeventusyeah but 2k isn’t much. I just don’t get how people are getting 5+ star guns when the BP fragments are so damn hard to come by. Especially when upgrading legendary bps.

The no.1 thing holding me back is the fact that since the patch I no longer have a base.
I’m still homeless also
Oh wow, I heard there is a fix coming ASAP but that is rough! Move in with a friend if you can!
@@InvinI joined a hive and it happened during moving I lost everything including terminal so I built a pre built base from the blue print..I just understand why I don’t have a terminal
I have the current problem of not being able to move my base so can’t increase the size 😢

Stardust refunds at100% all the upgrade mats do... Accept energy links...says as such in the calibration menu

does specialization reset on season reset? I kinda messed up my spec build
I believe it does yes.
The funny thing that is holding me back? Finding a place to build my home.

Only thing holding me back is not being able to glide on my second character.
Very useful tips! I need to get my food/garden going lol
Appreciate it, glad it was a useful video!
Moving your base should be on the list too.
Yeah fair enough, good point, thanks for sharing!

Nice, good plan actually! Any energy link method is good!
It will be interesting to see what the player base looks like in 2 more weeks when they wipe all of your progress and make you start from scratch 😂
The devs stated what is transferring.
We won’t be starting from scratch.
Many things are transferring to the new season, including blueprints. I’ll have a great rifle and melee weapon to begin with also a key glove and armor set. 😉
@@imchillyb meh, you're still effectively starting from scratch, re level up, rebuilding your base, redoing the missions... nope, not for me thanks.
If only I had a base to actually do all of this…. Oh wait it got yeeted into oblivion…..

Orange pie that has zero oranges in the ingredients list. Makes me so frustrated lol.
Hahaha it also looks like it should be pancakes!
Same with the "Fruit Tea" that only requires herbs and water, despite the description saying it's made from Hawthorne and Blueberries.
@@JeffHikari Yeah, that really threw me in my early game stage. Was running around watching for BB and Hwtrn, LOL
U know how I get a higher structur limit? Right now i have 700 max
yes
Mine is also 700, unsure if you can increase it tbh!
I saw once how to do it but i forgot@@Invin
Let's go!
Ayy!
Didn't the gold socr catch a nerf is it worth 8k I've got just enough to get it
I use it but like I said, I got it on a lucky roll so I don't know, the sniper is amazing though and the KAM is supposed to be great too.
Do the surveys to for 300sc 🎉🎉
Nice tip, thanks!
My specialization rolls were so bad
Luckily you can re-roll 5 each season, once a week for the unlocks with season challenegs.

The only prob with the gacha is your limited what you can get. Only guaranteed one is the last valor from the gacha.

The fragments have to be compatible too.
I think the once human content creators are literally the worst . It's worse than the d4 creators.
