I wish you all the best with your knee! For me, if something hurts it’s always my left hip flexor (got a hypermobile left hip yay). It flared up today after a long period pain-free thanks to strength training, I hope it calms down as I have a rest day tomorrow. I’m going to do some gentle yoga, in fact! I’m so jealous of your steady tree pose! I’ve done yoga for years but can’t stand on one foot without wobbling terribly, I think it’s because my feet overpronate so they are not properly aligned and can’t keep balance. But yoga is definitely a great routine to have, regardless of ability!
I’ve spent many hours and dollars with PT working on my balance, hated every minute but so good for me. Sorry about your hip, pain anywhere is frustrating.
I feel your pain, literally! Training was going along until severe knee pain after a run. The doctors office can't get me in until 9/18🤦♀️ A PT friend is worried I tie my meniscus. For now I just test and see. I hope you feel fully recovered soon!
Praying your knee gets better quickly and training gets back on track for you! 🙏❤️🎉
I hope you are feeling better soon! Sending good vibes
