I was just old enough in the 60's to remember this song, and Vietnam . Now I'm old and my son is about to enter the service as the world is tearing itself apart. Very poignant to hear this again at this time. Thank you all for your wonderful performance.

I'm a child of the 60s/70s. Straddled both decades. This song has pretty much been in my life since I was born. This is one of the most beautiful versions I've ever heard. The harmonies are so insanely good. Truly an ensemble masterpiece. Bravo!

I saw Hair the first time at the Shubert Theatre in Chicago when I was in 9th grade and that was in 1967. This song, the entire musical, was my anthem back then and still is to this day. Well done!

I am so blown away! I mean I’m standing here with chills from head to toe and an emotional response that makes me glad nobody else is here to see me crying at this most awesome cover! My parents had the album from the Broadway musical, (1968)! I was born about five years later and I wore that album out until it was so warped, it could no longer play. They actually had to hide it from me because I listened to it so much and it was driving them crazy, LOL!

Oh my god.... The person in overall-jeans singing the soprano is AMAZING. That's the best version of that part I've ever heard and I've heard many versions of this. That person is a star singer, absolute control and an INCREDIBLE voice. I wish I knew who it is so I could tell them!
