Hey guys! So I have no idea why I put that this was on “Friday”!! 🤦🏾‍♂️ This definitely was not on Friday. Maybe while editing (late at night) I had too much coffee ☕️! Again I repeat… this was NOT FRIDAY!

Hey, it happens - I never know what day it is, or time for that matter; I have to look at my phone to find out. I'm ashamed of myself (and also totally embarrassed to admit this), but I forgot my daughter's birthday the other day because I thought it was the 20th, not the 21st (her actual birthday). My first wrong thing is that I "thought" .. I should never start thinking before I have my facts straight 😁 She forgave me, of course, and we are having a wonderful birthday dinner for her this week, with her favorite meal and favorite cake .. my kids get to choose whatever dinner they want to have for their birthday celebration. (I secretly hope she chooses New York Strip Steak) 🥩😋

@@beeyou4103 I don’t know what’s going on in my heart. For me, I do believe Jesus is the messiah and necessary for forgiveness of sins and getting into heaven…all the typical stuff Christians believe.
But I really feel so empty. When I see these videos from the Hart’s and other Jewish RUclips women, my heart longs to have that. I guess I want both- Jesus and the depth, meaning, traditions, community, support, wisdom, etc that you find in Judaism.
I see such a lack of discipleship in the Christian church. It’s so focused on getting people “saved” they just move on to the next person. Judaism, and I think Islam too, take conversion very serious. It appears that the Hart’s, their Rabbi and community are really taking their time to work with them to learn the ropes, and really see if this what they want. Even in Christianity, you shouldn’t get “saved” and keep living like you want. There has to be change. I guess I’m sad that no one really ever came along side me to show me the ropes of Christianity. I’ve mostly learned on my own. That’s not how it should be. It’s not supposed to be this Lone Ranger, American independent kind of attitude. We should be a community.
Even when a Jewish person does the hand washing ritual in the morning, it reminds them they are separated unto G-d for His service. Even their kitchens are kashered and set apart for G-ds glory and use for Him. Little things like this that add so much meaning and purpose to life- and they remind you of Who you belong to- that’s what I love.
This was probably WAY more than you wanted to hear!😂 But that’s sweet of you to ask. ❤

You should know that your entire family is very special in Hashems' eyes. There's a reason and a purpose for everything that happens in our life. Chazal tell us that the reason the Jewish people were scattered all over the world was to attract converts to join Am Yisrael. (holy sparks that were scattered). Your genuine love and passion for Yiddishkeit is infectious and real. You can't fake something that is real. May Hashem continue to guide you and strengthen you each and every day.
You also remind me so much of me and my wife when we went through our geirus (12 yrs ago). Especially when I noticed your beautiful library of sefarim that you have. I see you have an Artscroll Chumash, 39 melachos, Aryeh Kaplan Anthology, Kitzur Shulchan Aruch, MeAm Loez, Pirkei Avos, Book of Brachos,... so much more. Yasher Koach and may you be matzliach(successful) in all your endeavors. With much love and respect, Binyomin

Hey, Danielle. Of course, Shlom Bayit is a beautiful phrase. I always used the phrase that HaShem tells Abraham: “Kol asher tomar aylekha Sarah, shema b’kolah, “Whatever Sarah tells to you, do as she says, or more literally, “listen to her voice,” “obey her.”
Lol - shortened to: “Shema b’kolah” - listen to her voice!

what you say is so true and really "beautiful" in every way and emotion is contagious, so I can't help but feel emotional when you do.
However, I do think that it is important to mention that it can get quite tricky when one's expectations are not met. Judaism is definitely what you say it is and I too fall in love with Hashem and the Torah constantly, but people are only human. People make mistakes. People get distracted. People get self absorbed when overwhelmed. People misunderstand. People get scared. People have a yetzer hara.
So if at anytime you meet someone who behaves unkind or are in a situation where you may need help and you don't, it is not Judaism. It is human - people with limitations and freedom of choice.

Maybe one reason I find the Torah man's devotion to prayer and mitzvot to be the height of masculinity is that it is the opposite of narcissism, a disorder that seems to plague general society. Rather than the sad belief that he has the power to control everything and everyone around him, he knows that he is encouraged to do his very best, while ultimately, it is his Creator who is in control.

    4:34 “You disconnect, to connect”,
Brother, only a real Jewish person could have said that so casually, where the wisdom is right there, just underneath the surface. And as an Israeli born Jewish person myself who has also delved very deeply into Jewish Kabbalah, once you’re ready (and you’ll feel it when you’re ready), genuine Jewish Kabbalah is an even deeper dive into Hashem’s ability to have Created the Entire Universe, in addition to all that is written in the Torah. The creation of Souls, Existence, there is profound hidden knowledge in Kabbalah, that merges Torah even further. But don’t bring up Kabbalah to your Rav just yet, lol. There are some Rabbis who discourage people from delving in to it, because of how non-Jewish people have taken the knowledge of Kabbalah and attempted to make it occult, which it’s not. Real Kabbalah, is the metaphysics of Judaism. As mentioned previously, later down the road when you’ve deeply in the journey of having already fully converted, when you’re ready to explore Kabbalah, you’ll feel it. There is a priming that needs to take place. But it’s worth it. P.S., I have a strong premonition you’ll someday own a home near the Sea of Galilee, and possibly retire there. Much love to the both of you. 🙏🏼✡️🤍

Agreed with real men and Daving. AND. We are also warriors. Wait till you climb through the tunnels we built to defeat the Roman’s and climb Masada. We built the collesium as slave AND were the first gladiators. We were the main pirates in the Caribbean to get vengeance on the Spanish and Portuguese. We fought in the ghetto with no money or food. We fought the nazi gaurds with less then any man could imagune. We fought for our indigenous homeland after half our population was genocided and we were attacked by 7 nations and the British taking away our guns. We are fighters because we practice the Torah. We fight when it means preserving who we are and making sure our nation, the nation with oldest living language and calendar, survives. That is Torah.

The first version of Genesis says G-d made Adam & Eve 1st. The second says they were made last. Right in Torah. In the 1st version of Noah he brings a pair of each animal onto the ark. In the 2nd Noah brings 7 of each on board. Jews can't take it literally.

@@brynawaldman5790 You are either misreading or misquoting the Chumash. What you stated is totally incorrect. Adam and Chava were created on the 6th day…period! The reason for seven animals was because two were needed to carry on the species and the other five were the kosher in order to be slaughtered as sacrifices after the flood waters subsided. All f the non-kosher animals were only two.
