As an old farm boy, I love to see land reclaimed. When you finally get it cleared and figure out where the perimeters are going to be, take your tile plow and go around the perimeter and cut all the tree roots that are running out into the field. Farmer Chris’s corn will do a lot better around the fences.

better use would be a subsoiler ripper on the whole field to get the ground lose again. We do that up in northern Indiana. If there see a hard spot in there field when they plant corn after harvest they will sub soil rip there the spots and where the truck drove for harvest to loosen it up.

Amazing work! The difference in clearing with the excavator vs bulldozer with blade or root rake is no comparison. When 90-95% of everything burns with no large chunks of wood buried in the dirt makes the end results so much better. Plus you don’t have near as big of a stump hole to deal with. You 2 are the best team to watch on RUclips. Clint and Kevin are in a close 2nd place.
