Good video except I wish you had some visual effects or more information on the difference between the two surgeries. I'm scheduled for October 7th implant surgery and a preop in the next two week. I will discuss this with my doctor. Off to search the internet for more information...

Good video except for kind of mushy sound. I had mine thru the scrotum and have had issues with it (pump too high).

My Husband is 52, interested in getting the procedure done through you. He has tried all the medication available for ED and nothing has worked. From the research and the information available indicates that he has a venous leak. He is able to get an erection but unable to maintain it during the intercourse. My question is: through your minimally invasive procedure will he be able to maintain his erection reflex?
