Hey Perito, you seem like a great guy/surgeon. Someone recommended me checking out your videos as I just got a Coloplast Titan implant, I'm only 30 years old, but I had Peroni disease which made me need to get this as the final frontier. Nothing else worked. I'm pretty sure the vacuum device made it worse as well and deformed. Now I am under two weeks since the implant and I have lost length. I am truly hoping I can regain some over the coming months using this exercise of yours. funnily enough before I even watched your video I had started doing the exercises over recent days as the penis felt very compact and tight so I almost started giving it yoga sessions. I'm supposed to start cycling in around four weeks, so I still have some time and should go easy on myself. Other than length, girth looks great, and it seems to all be healing extremely well. I'm a very healthy active person so I plan to make a good recovery. My only worry and concern is length. Maybe one day they will invent something safe where we can extend our length, especially if we've had an implant as the inside is already damaged and we will never have a natural erection again.

Question about the exercise, do you really need to move it that much in each direction? When I have mine pumped up, about 10-15 degrees is the max I can do comfortably.
Greetings, I am getting an implant in 3 weeks. I have a very good pump I've been using and also a combination pump massager. These 2 devices have increased my length and girth. How soon after surgery can I use these devices? I've been using the massager pump for about 20 minutes and then use the pump to check size. I've gained 1 inch back. Check with your urologist; they should be able to give you a timeline. Make sure that the surgeon performing the procedure is a dedicated implanter... have an experienced surgeon makes a great difference in patient outcomes and decreases the risk of complications.
What happens if for instance have had implant procedure and you haven't been cycling every day and doing these exercises? Will you lose anymore length or girth?
I am 80 and an avid, regular cyclist. I have seen cautions about the increased possibility of damaging the implant? What is your experience and advice? Thanks.

Got a couple more pumps, but wondering if anyone knows if this sound/feeling is typical. Perhaps it is just the capsules expanding. Appreciate thoughts from any of you that have had this experience. The exercise is typically started after your surgeon gives you the go-ahead. After 6 weeks all implants can be "put to the test". It is not uncommon to feel "cracks or pops" as the implant blows through scar tissue related to ED.

To restore erectile function when pills don't work. It's a surgical procedure to treat a medical condition, and shouldn't have a stigma attached to it.

Can you do this exercise if you have a AMS 700 cx?
The exercise can be done on any model of inflatable implant, but not malleable implants.
