i know you mentioned it, but what about jiujitsu? like armbars and stuff? when someone’s arm is fully extended across your groin and pressing on it? can that be a problem?
I’m one year post op. I can do most activities without pain or discomfort. The one thing that pains me every time is getting in and out of the car. Maybe it’s the sliding in or out, but I get a sharp pain unless I “lift up” as I’m getting out. Anyone else have this issue?
