    why didnt you use an sl 12 s short? Gama..the bite is much bigger

      When this video came out, the SL12S short didn't exist. That is a great hook substitution though. The Glow-bug is a little thinner, so it offers a little better penetration over more durability. None the less these can be tide with the sl12s short and its a great option!

    Nice pattern! Didn't you encounter issue with Polar fiber used in saltwater? After few casts the hairs make nodes and look messy... It also then nodes itself in the hook and the hairs cannot be removed then easily.

      Never had any issues with Polar Fiber in saltwater. Keep a comb with you, will solve that kind of problem with any fly.
