Top prospects drafted on raw talent will be facing complex NFL defenses. Need time/coach to clean up fundamentals. Study film to learn good reads. Throwing them to the wolves early can stunt and regress development. No better way to ruin your prospect then getting him sacked 50x and become shell shocked, have happy feet, and no trust in oline. It's comical Bears constantly put their greatest investment behind a terrible Oline. Justin playing hero ball on the worst roster in NFL didn't help him it crushed his confidence. The Chicago meat market has a 3yr expiration date on their qbs. Justin is far from a useless qb. Bears couldn't even tap into 20% of his talent. Justin is now what we call damaged goods. Remeber the trubisky, Glennon, Sanchez qb room. This caleb, tyson, ripen is even more laughable. This franchise is clueless on the quarterback postion.
