Man if he gets anything less than 15 years, this is a fail. He would only have to do half with good behavior, witch he will because they’re going to protect him.
I hope that the lessons learned from this extend as the foundations of something new, something that all Americans can get behind together. As a Minnesotan, the George Floyd and now Daunte Wright situations both hit home for me. I grew up near there. Let's start that message of understanding now.
George Floyd was handcuffed and on the ground he wasn't going anywhere. There was no reason to kneel on his neck. I hope they also make an example out of his fellow officers who were with him.
What he did was not right , but as far as prof that he killed gf is not 100 % know, the doctor should did a drug test on gf to know his condition, he had breathing issues before he was put on the ground.
I was wondering. Do cops carry shackles? The ones that connect to hands and feet? I have a feeling that would of been appropriate in this situation. Can't restrain him? Shackle him....
They have handcuffs & sometimes long slip ties. That officer was still at the very least callous & careless. He didn't pay attention to George Floyd, by watching his face closely & his breathing regularity etc... He obviously didn't care & didn't think George Floyd was a human being worth his caring concern.😧
This policeman abused his power and a man died because of it. He's guilty. But one thing i could not understand since this happend. What does it have to do with race?

Chauvinism is the irrational belief in the superiority or dominance of one's own group or people, who are seen as strong and virtuous, while others are considered weak, unworthy or inferior.[1] It can be described as a form of extreme patriotism and nationalism, a fervent faith in national excellence and glory.[2]
I seen Dereks body cam. Floyed died from hyperventilating because of claustrophobia attack getting into the car. He was resisting. Any color you are he's a hero
I don't know where you think he died from "hyperventilating" but he clearly wasn't breathing correctly when chauvin was on his neck. By the way if someone is having a panic attack or anxiety from claustrophobia or any other type of phobia it is natural for the body to react by attempting to leave the stressor as quick as possible, resulting in a struggle, BUT after he was on the ground for over 2 minutes, you could tell that he was under control and stopped resisting. There was NO possible reason for him to stay on his neck for the rest of the 7 to 8 minutes
