No wound 3rd, just a regular electric set of 10s.
All of the acoustic emulation is coming from the Variax.

I'm using the acoustic setting on the line 6 Variax guitar.
It's the best acoustic simulation I've used by far.

There's a link to a free preset in the description of this video, as well as explaining how it's setup.
That's pretty much what I'm using in this video.
I don't remember if the preset has a looper block in it, but if not just add it to the first block in the chain.

Thanks so much Chad. I've learned a lot from your videos and I have purchased several of your presets on the Line 6 website. You are so right from a past video that the Variax is your main axe and you hardly ever play your other guitars. Me too. I go to my Parker every now and then but mostly use my Standard.
