Rain starting tonight in South East Michigan. Fingers crossed , hope you got it then you can pull the flooring out and let the truck dry and flooring. Damn manufacturing defects these days .
hope it fixes your problem- do yourself a favor- buy a better caulking gun! the one you're using is basically junk- instead of spending about $5.00 on one like that, buy the one thats in the $15-20.00 range and you won't believe the difference in leverage
Did you know that Ford is spending $3B on warranty and recalls? Every year. So it doesn't surprise me if you found quality problems, even after warranty. You'd think they would learn.
@@KamalaTheClown Yes. Honestly since day one. Been very elusive. This leak could not be detected with any conventional ways. It would only leak during full saturation of rain. But I think I finally found it.
Quality.....Ford stock has been battered by the billions lost on warranty claims. Terrible you have to deal with this, some robot didn't place enough sealant on the window frame during installation....

Looks cold out there; check that sealant label for effective curing temperature.
You should stick a big nail in the end of caulk and puncture the caulk tube from the end through the plastic tube end and it will flow beautifully
Saw another video where someone was using Permatex flowable windshield sealant. It looked much easier.
Thanks for the video!
The urethane should’ve been heated like in hot water before I opened it it will flow much better
The urethane would flow much better if he did it first like under hot water
