To any kid going into high school watching this video, don't get put down that you're not close to this guy's level yet. I used to watch these No Days Off videos in Middle School and get discouraged because I didn't have the resources the guys in the videos had and I wasn't at their level. Use the resources you have (RUclips is a great one) and get better everyday, great players aren't made in a day but accumulative days of hard work. I'm living proof of the hard work paying off. You can make it, keep grinding, God bless. Never Quit.

Thank you for saying that because here recently I got a brand to pitching and hitting net by showing my parents that baseball is my passion and it's what I wanted to do.but before that I had to use cender blocks to pitch at and a sheet of wood to hit at god bless you. Hard work and dedication doesn't come overnight it comes from no days off with whatever necessary equipment you have.

agreed. Enjoy being a regular teenager also. Alot times, kids want to rush into in and you see 13 and 14 year olds playing close to 80-90 travel games in a year. That's alot. You don't want to be sick of baseball when you are 18-19. This kid is that rare talent so just stay the course and don't overdo it so that you'll still have that hunger in 4-5 years when it really counts.

For the many kids that watch this, seek balance in your life. 99% of the kids that even get drafted don’t make the show. Even after you make the show, which could be 7 years after grinding in the minors, you have to play for 3 years before you reach arbitration. And then you have to play 3 more years to become a free agent, where, if you are elite, you make life changing money.
Chase your dreams, but do not make your identity your sport. Your sport will expire. Maybe it’s at 18, maybe it’s at 36, but it will expire. You must have balance and develop an identity that won’t change.
Develop skills and talents that transcend sports. You will earn a living in something other than your sport…that’s a fact. Acquire skills beyond your sport.
