Why are you over for a while ?? Excuse me but I dont understand this comment , same I dont understand the video. I use drugstore makeup all the time , I think I'm the same age as the lady in the video , I have no spots nor stains , my skin is very fair and I'm grateful that has not marks or imperfections . I really don't get the surprise about drugstore makeup working well !! Loreal is the owner of high end brands as well as drugstore , you all believe that the massive company is using different ways of production depending of the price and brand....??.... ha !! It is all a massive lie ! And in the last decade those high end brands are getting greedier and greedier which is understandable when you see people thinking that only paying more they are going to have better and quality results. I'm absolutely mystify about how easy to control people is . Btw I think is more important genetics , what you eat, if you exercise , not to smoke nor drink that all the expensive skincare and makeup that any of those "gurus" love to advertise . The funniest thing is all the filters this video has . Any makeup would look great. Let's be a bit real , please.

I haven't worn makeup much in the past 5 years or so. I miss it and want to start wearing it again. I'm going to a birthday party on Sunday and wanted to put on some foundation at least but I don't have any. I don't even know how to shop for it anymore! I know I didn't want to spend a bunch of money right now. So, last night I thought oh I bet Michelle has a RUclips video about the best drugstore makeup and I woke up to this video! Perfect timing! Girl, your skin just keeps getting better and better! In the intro I thought - wow! It looks amazing. Then when the shot came up before you got started, I was all "WOW! Amazing with no makeup!" That peel did you right.

Yes more affordable makeup videos. I love my seint but there are also many less expensive brands with great products. Elf (Target), ColourPop (Ulta), WetNWild even has some great products.

I’m from UK and would love Colourpop to come across the pond. I’ve tried a few itemS but pay thru the nose in the past but right now it’s not gonna happen things are really crappy here from government to bills to food. Unfortunately makeup isn’t high on my list, like many of us, I’m looking forward to them coming here sometime in the future …. We will see

I think my favorite drug store item is the nyx micro brow pencil in taupe and ash brown.

That’s what I use but the length of the inner led is very short. They don’t last long sadly…. Which makes them actually not great value.
@@stardust1593 i actually find that between the nyx, ulta brand and the Anastasia the nyx lasts the longest for me. The ulta brand has some great color but I can easily go through one micro pencil in a matter of 2-3 weeks! Anastasia will last me about a month but the nyx I can get 6-8 weeks out of it. 🤷🏼♀️

Michelle! I ordered the Embryolisse suggested in this video and it makes my Seint makeup go on soooo much better than the other moisturizers and primers I had tried! (And I tried many!) I was to the point of giving up using my Seint. But this moisturizing/primer combo is a miracle worker!
It's SO good, I'm using it almost daily now.

I will only do videos on the products that feel higher end. I'm always searching. Also, drugstore doesn't always hold up as long.
Yes….would love more luxury drugstore looks/products and I am an addicted Seint/Demi user. I use and love the L’oreal Pro Last Infallible pencil in Black for my upper waterline and it does not transfer! I also love the Prescriptives Butter Bronzer.

I prep slightly but I am a right brained artist and like the creative process to be organic. I was an art teacher for 3 years, I always had a lesson plan with projects well prepped. I don't feel the same with makeup.

I agree, drugstore make up kept going up in price like crazy in last few years, so I try to buy my favorite higher end make up during holiday sales.

I stumbled upon this video and it was amazing to watch you discover wonderful drugstore makeup. I had to retire very early due to serious health issues, so decided to stop buying high end makeup. It took me a few years and watching lots of YT videos, but I achieved my goal. My makeup collection is now all affordable makeup, and I still get lots of compliments on my skin and makeup! I use the Covergirl Micro Fine eyebrow pencil in taupe and love it! Elf cosmetics has really improved their formulas, and I have also found some amazing products from Essence and Wet n Wild. The Wet n Wild Tinted Hydrator is my go to daily foundation/skin tint product, and it looks so pretty on the skin.
I think you will find many more products that are just good or better than high end from the drugstore!

The real techniques brushes & Moda brushes are the only drugstore brushes that lasts! I have mine since 7 years now & still the glue is intact, no hairs falling & works as if you just bought it!!
Black Radiance sold at Target also has beautiful, richly pigmented shadows and blushes . I’m very fair but I love how pigmented their products are at such amazing prices ..

Thank you ♥️ I'm getting back into makeup it's been about 20 years because I've had a very bad facial mark and I've just got the laser done and ready to put makeup on again. Unfortunately if you don't use it you lose it and my skin is different now because of age. Starting with drugstore, will be a lot cheaper to start over. It feels like I've been dormant/hiding for many years.

Yes definitely. I think you look very pretty. And there are a lot of us out there who cannot afford that most expensive makeup that makes you look very pretty.. So by using drugstore makeup it helps us out a lot because it looks just as pretty as the high end

Yes, I would love to see more drugstore products. I think it’s tone deaf these days to insist that people must spend money that they don’t have for makeup or skin care. I know lip products are definitely wonderful in the drugstore but I would love to see other products that can be purchased from the drugstore.

Yes to Drug Store beauty, I love saving money and finding comparable looks for less. I am a firm believer that you can always look good at any price point. I feel like it is my forte. I love Maybelline The Rocket mascara in waterproof. For those with straight lashes that are hard to curl and keep curled, this will lock in the curl until your remove it. I feel like I spent a lifetime trying to find a product that would hold a curl for me and define and volumize my lashes. You've gotta try this one. Thanks for all you do Michelle!

Stansout sponge is the best sponge ever, gets into all the crevices. No sponge or blender compares to it for sure. Been using it since they came out.

Yes ma'am you do look high end. If you get a chance try shopping at Walmart or Target they have a larger selection and better prices, I've found in my area Walmart seems to be stocked. I am from NC also more close to Raleigh. I am 63. I used Seint makeup and loved it, but it broke me out so bad. I had used it since it was Maskcara. So, I still use the eyeshadows and love the brush cleaner. I still use Bella and some blushes. I want to try the blush you showed. Thanks for this video and keep them coming. We had a rough night the Friday night of the hurricane in NC.
Because of the waxes, etc, Seint can break out women who are acne prone. It also has lanolin and some women are allergic.
