Hover Is basically a Japanese fishing technique just modified the hook so that save money on bullet weights it's a good hook I just prefer the old school version
Really appreciate you guys get off the beaten path. If you're ever bored the second weekend in February, come down to the Lake of the Ozarks fishing expo. The best local bait makers all in one place
Love Omnia, it’s my new favorite online tackle shop, just my opinion (Comma Spaceman) 😏. I won a free online tournament they sponsored last year and a $200 credit. And have been repping them ever since. Plus was picked to help test the new pro maps this week, received three months free. And have really been enjoying it. Hope their inventory expands. It’s a great app, and the free shipping with pro is a great bonus and saved more than the feature costs, and it’s not even spring yet. 😂. Thanks for the double shout out, in the third video I’ve seen this week. 😳 But I’m starting to think you guys are making fun of me. 😤😂
ive had some of those core tackle hover rigs for some time now. love the action it gives to most soft plastics. instead of falling straight down in the water they have a spiral action as they fall.
The dolive beaver is not a flipping bait it is a free rig bait same as the knock off. U won't get the horizontal fall with a bullet weight it is not your average flipping beaver.
I have the Curado 201 and love it as much or more than my curado 151 DC. It lives on my frog rod, which I sometimes use for heavier baits as well. No experience with Arc, but I love most of my shimanos.
Those Crush City clean up craws are sweet!! I just got some in last week and slammed two (17" and 17.75") smallies today on it rigged to a 1/8 oz VMC Rugby Head. I got some of the Crush City BLT neds too but didn't use them yet because the colors I ordered didn't match the water conditions today but I can't wait for yall's feed back from the crush city in action!!! When it thaws out yall's way I guess
Opens RUclips, sees this video next to “Crocodile Dundee”, a final 4 selection! - Beast Coast working man’s and hustler are wonderful. Love seeing greatest out of my home state of CT!
You guys should check out Cut Throat jigs, and Combat jigs. Both are local guys here in Oklahoma, and they both have great, affordable products. I discovered them both at my local bait shop just a few months ago and man, I was super impressed but their products. Just a suggestion/recommendation for you guys. Ill be doing a spot on them on my channel this spring.
My notifications are on but somehow I still missed this. I like the Z Man stuff and they are fairly reasonable on Amazon but I can only get a couple packs at a time. I did see the Keitexh stuff is 1.99 pack on the website but I have never tried the little shakers either but they look like they would work well. You Knuckleheads stay safe on the water, Semper Fidelis
I haven’t finished the video but y’all have to get some TUSH hooks from core tackle if you haven’t already. They add a nice back and forth rock to any Swimbait.
The action on the crush city padle tail is amazing. First time using it I caught a bunch of white bass and largies from the bank. I will say they are not durable
Really good unboxing and descriptions. I picked up some Mayors myself. Plan to throw on one of the new line-thru screw heads that have come out. 6th Sense and Lure Parts Online both make one. Should scoop some for review.
Interested in the Ark as it does have a new braking system that seems to be able to be more refined and dialed in. Curious to see how it compares to the other reels on the market with dual braking systems.
I've been wanting the SHIMANO curado M 200 since it came out Kastking had the Bassinator elite reel on sale after Christmas and I couldn't pass on it for under $100
Great unboxing guys. I really liked the look of those frogs and I have some of the Crush City baits to try. Looking forward to some decent fishing weather to get out and use these baits that I've accumulated. Thank you for the video.
TheCurado XG comes with a larger handle than the HG and the H I believe. That Silent Tune and MGL3 spool for less than the K is awesome. We’ve sold quite a few out of our tackle shop since they came out.
Actually take the zman version and compare it to the strike king ztoo or take the red fish magic strike kings and compare them to zman minnowz. Youll probably find they are the same baits, some in exact same colors with some variations in colors. Strike king has some colors made by zman that zman dont offer thats the differences lol.
I think the question on the curado was backwards lol why would you buy the M if there isn't that much difference from the k when the k can be found easily 40 to 50$ cheaper now lol I gave 130$ for my curado k new recently and I know I can still get one for 139.99. But I have heard the mgl spoil makes the M cast a little farther. Probably won't out cast mine though as mines been upgraded since I bought it lol.
If I was you I would rig the Freeloader or Baby-Z-Too on the hover rig pitch it around and let it drift and spiral down. From Watching Matt the creator of the Core Tackle hover rig .He pitches it around majority of the time , I don't think he retrieves it through the water as much as he pitches it.
For sure . I know Jacob Wheeler designed the Freeloader for the mid-strolling technique. He retrieves it while lightly shaking it, giving it a side to side shimmy action. It is very important to use a loop knot for that technique.
@@aaanglers sounds good just thought to mention so you could show them off too I just moved from WI and I slay smallies with Nikko crawl and he'll granite. As well as the Nikko leech for drop shot
Has anyone checked to see if the CrushCity plastics melt other plastics like the e Elaztech lures do? You mentioned different they aren't the same formula but do they contain the part that doesn't play nice with other plastics?

Do not trust those hooks on the Chad shad. Seriously i straightened one on what was probably my pb. They need to get swapped to some owners or similar.
I pair the Workingman’s Swim Jig with a GrandeBass Fatso Pig Grub. Only $3.99 for a pack of nine and they have some great colors. Those frogs though…*chefs kiss*

Some of them are plastisol so yes. But the ned blt for example you cannot
