If were talking about the same materials then I would disagree with you, our country is blessed with lot of materials from agricultural , fishery and mining , even in gases its just that the government isn't utilizing it well. Also there are about 10% undiscovered or unappreciated part of PH which I bet has lot of materials to give too.
