Learn how to build this Advanced character for Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition
Today’s build is the Grandmaster of the Booming Blade. A Psi Warrior, Battle Smith Multi class.
A half caster that feels more like a front Line Fighter designed for maximizing the extra damage of Booming Blade by forcing mobs to continuously move to stay in melee range. A push master that excels at avoiding opportunity attacks while bouncing between mobs, shrouding them in Booming Energy, and pushing them away with the Crusher Feat. A telepathic Fighter that feels more like a Jedi, picking up mobs and throwing them thirty feet into the air to fall to certain death. Every inanimate object or creature on the battlefield is fair game to telepathically be thrown at your enemies, block doorways, throw furniture, prevent the sounding of alarms, and knock mobs off castle walls or cliffs all with your mind, with no shortage of pushing abilities such as the Crusher Feat, Repulsion Shield, Telepathic Movement and Telepathic Thrust. Adult Dragons, Giants,, bah with Enlarge we can boom and push them like goblin rag dolls, Invisible, Branding Smite will curb that tendency, Flying you say? bring it on, with psi-powered leap giving us double our movement rate in flying for the turn we will be playing Quidditch wacka mole. No one is safe from your Booming Madness .

Booming blade RAW only works if creature WILLINGLY move. But if you you have a DM with the rule of cool, then game on.
That's why you push them away from you and make them, willingly, come to you
The ruling on green flame blade & booming blade don’t make sense, range of self(you are the origin of the spell) makes perfect sense, but as you use the weapon as a material component, and make a melee attack with it, why not just remove the ruling on 5ft radius“ & just leave it at making a melee attack with the weapon” so if it has reach, you get to use your reach, & if you are a bug bear you get to use your extra reach, it just sounds dumb that you can imbue a reach weapon with magic, but you can’t use the weapon for it’s intended purpose of making an attack with reach, why would the magic stop working as soon as part of the weapon goes more than 5ft from you while you are still holding it?
Step 1: be bladesinger wizard
Or be creative, make a cool PC and have fun!!!
@@xvader9445 what makes u think a bladesinger isnt cool and fun? Work smarter, not harder. And u dont get to be creative in 5e - u get presets, not building blocks

@@murderyoutubeworkersandceos you are trying to pass it off as a dumb idea, but yes, one off, if not the beat user of boomimg blade, is rogue, and getting it on him couldnt be easier
