Nothing secret about this waterfall. In 2023, the State of the Beaches report gave the water at the Minnehaha falls plunge pool the worst possible rating for cleanliness (including faecal...) . The stream passes by the local tip. In 2024, a young man died there, either he fell off the cliff while walking there (which seems to be the official story) or he attempted to climb out of the pool and take his photograph. Be very careful when walking there, the track follows the edge of the cliff.
