Eileen was spot on with her description of a good biscuit, because Pillsbury wasn't playing with us when they made those. I can literally eat them all day long, by themselves. On the opposite end of that, if the biscuit has me feeling like I'm in the middle of the Sahara desert that's no bueno 🙅🏾♀️ and please don't bring Ms. Danielle's negative attitude back. There's no reason to be that rude over a biscuit of all things

I think to a degree they can hear more or less what each person is saying so they kinda go hard in the end lol 😆 but yes it's funny that they still get lower scores than the folks that rated them initially.

They are similar but American Biscuits are usually savory & fluffy on the inside.

American biscuits dont have eggs in them. The texture is totally different than a scone. Where a scone is more crumbly, a biscuit has layers from the butter. Its laminated (at least good ones are) and buttery. Kinda like a cross between a scone and a croissant.

I always use bread flour, clabbergirl and I also add a half cup of Swans cake flour to my buttermilk biscuits. They come out so perfect, light and fluffy.
