This is around the time that the wheels were falling off and things started to go way south. This is around the time where Peter and Ace realized how screwed they were in regard to the money and they couldn’t do anything about it. They were called and treated like employees and threatened by Paul and Gene that they would “Pull the plug” if the rules were broken. If you watch videos around this time going forward you will see a worn out Ace and Cat counting the days until the end. Paul and Gene just kept adding more dates to the tour but why not because they were making so much money at this point it would be like turning off a magical printer that is printing money nonstop. Then you take the Egos of Paul and Gene who NEVER wanted to come off the road and you add in the money they were making and that is why the band hasn’t come off the road since 96. They have been on the longest farewell tour in history except for the Who 😂 If only Ace and Peter didn’t use George Suitt to represent them. They should have chosen someone equal to, or greater than Doc McGee, to represent them. I imagine they didn’t understand how important they were to the success of kiss. Without ace and Peter, the band would quite possibly still be doing Holiday Inn convention tours for $100 a pop.
Can barely hear the drums. Maybe that's why on Psycho Circus tour, they put triggers on Peter's drums so they would be loud even if you barely hit them.
@@SuperFlanders123Peter hits the drums like he's afraid they're going to hit back! This is nearly 30 years ago and he put in that little effort. You'd think he'd be fired up and playing with some energy.
I JUST WATCHED THIS SONG BEING PERFORMED BY THE CURRENT LINE UP AND MAN THIS VERSION BY THE ORIGINALS IS SO MUCH BETTER PETERS DRUMMING IS AWESOME HE DOSENT BANG ON THE DRUMS AND OVERSHAWDOW THE OTHER THINGS GOING OWN ALL THE PARTS FIT TOGETHER LIKE PUZZLE PIECES
The orginal Kiss!!!!! Can’t beat the classic lineup! The one lineup that comes close is the Kulick/Carr era!
One of their heaviest songs. Up there with She and Black Diamond
Parasite too

Peter really stopped being a drummer at the end of the 70s.

Yeah... Peter not putting much effort into this performance. The Alive! version is awesome....says this drummer.

Drum play is sooooo soft !!!! Soft as
How wasted were Peter and Ace? Yikes.

@Speros11, because Gene is too much of an uncool ham
Gene's voice was trash by this point.
