In the tribute series, I pay my respects to the musical legends who are no longer with us. Videos in this series will be stripped down, acoustic performances.
This video features a bit of a different offering from the others in this series because the song itself is a tribute to a disturbing event in American history. Filter wrote this song about the public death of a politician who had been convicted of corruption. It’s a dark subject for a dark and foreboding song. It was an interesting venture to see how it would translate to an acoustic guitar, so let me know what you think about the finished product
