Same exact thing happening on my FB news feed. My husband's cousin's husband, who is a Greek orthodox and a father of 2 kids, keeps jumping on my posts to lecture me how wrong I am. Once I've shown him to be wrong on almost all points he's made, he refuses to reply any longer. Then his wife gives me attitude at the next family get together. Don't get your feelings hurt when you lose. No one forced you to comment on any of my posts. And I don't comment on his to start a "fight".

College is a wasteland
It is. But that's just 1/3 of the equation. The individual is the other third. The parenting is the other third. As parents and adults, we have pretty much "outsourced" the responsibility to teach our kids how to think to schools & Tiktok. These have to be topics parents talk to kids about, no different than how to handle phones or social media. No different than NOT relying on sax-ed to teach our kids how to treasure their own body. College is also a wasteland because we have not fought back against the system that gave us these w&ke ideologies, professors, campuses.

I talk to them now about LGBTQ, I talked to them about the attacks they'll get when we back President Trump. I talk to them about the MSM lies. I talk to them about God, Jesus, church, family, country. I myself have to demonstrate all of that in the life I lead. Which means I'll protect my marriage and love my wife. I'll serve my church. I won't take the easy road. Start from Day 1. You'll find that the road gets easier. My kids don't yearn for phones and don't have social media. They know what it means to play outside and have real conversations with friends. They still have their teenagers emotions and all of that good stuff we went through as teens, but at least they know I'm dad and there's no secrets. We can talk about everything.
Didn't used to be. I graduated from my second degree in 2004 (Go Wolfpack!), 20 years ago. And the liberal insanity was already infiltrating out universities back them. I had a sociology teacher (female) who's term paper topic suggestions included; have been sexually assaulted, have you sexually assaulted someone else, ect. Just Absolutely inappropriate horse $hit suggestions. I reported her to the head of her department. Set the sylibus in front of her and asked her to read it.. you should have seen her eyes! 😂 They got bigger with every line she read! The next day, my teacher was visibility shaken. Boy was she nice as Hell to me for the rest of the semester! She gave me an A+ grade. Stand up for what's right people.

Apartment building has 4 elevators. One is being used by a moving company for a new tenant. Elevator doors are stuck open and movers are less than 15ft away unloading their truck. Chinese guy goes into said elevator, chooses his floor, and holds down the “close door” button, that’s how you’d operate the elevator when the doors are locked open for moving purposes.
Elevator gets to said Chinese guy’s floor and he gets out. Elevator is now stuck there, doors open, and the movers have to go searching for what floor it’s stopped on. Out of 47 floors.
Yeah, and I have many more examples like this one.

I feel that this is a result of the education system not encouraging debate on this topic within their courses. No matter how many times I see it, and how many couples experience it, men are browbeat, and attacked by shrewish women like her for daring to have an opinion, and even worse, daring to be right. Since he quoted facts, and she couldn't dispute them due to her lack of knowledge, or lack of credible information, she could not debate it properly. She got angry when he refused to say she was right. She could not convince him, but because she's a woman, and told she's always right even when she's wrong, she got angry.

For most of modern history, he’s right. Actually, what you’re saying backs up what he’s saying. The system assumes a monoculture and a high-trust society. Bringing in people of another culture (even Americans, just to use a hypothetical) in large numbers would disrupt that system and indeed has disrupted it quite significantly.

That is mostly true in my experience. Black people are usually a lot more overtly racist than whites. However, I have known some truly racist white people in my life but they just stewed away in the personal lives and had no power to cause anybody else harm.

Traditional gender roles being flattened, and our values re-arranged as a consequence: a CEO is now better than a mother, leading is now better than obeying, producing is now better than nurturing, and power is now a reward, not a responsibility.
Women now celebrate as an undisputed man punches a woman on a ring. Especially single, young and childless women. Our fertile soil has been poisoned.
As a European, I am surprised to learn that I live in a socialist country. Thank you, American students, for showing me the light.

Kids in their 20s generally should not speak their opinions and continue to research using primary sources, learn the pillars of critical thinking, and go through actual academic rigor on a subject. I am Swedish, and nothing makes me more frustrated than hearing american kids saying "we want socialism like they have in the scandinavian countries". We are not socialist, we are market economies with strong welfare states. All the "socialist"-esque parts of the country, like state owned/run sectors and high taxes are some of the most disliked and worst functioning parts of our countries.
There was a period in the last century where Sweden was basically socialist, and that is now later known as some of the worst times this country faced since becoming modernised.

Sure. In the 40s when my dad went to Uni, 3.5% went. In some places like the UK, around 60% t0 70% of women go to Uni. More women than men, and 50% of the pop. So rather than having people at the 96th percentile (including a lot of women back then, just not many overall because so few of either sex went), we have women at the I can't tie my laces level going. Like if only women went to Uni, and only 4 percent went, they would all be smart. But if 100% were women, and 50% of people went, you have a lot of dribblers going. And we are closing in on those kind of numbers.

Went to school payed for by my company and work with people from all races and backgrounds. Made it on my own through my own hard work, blood sweat and yes even tears. As a teacher I can’t stand the argument that we just need to throw money at schools to make them better. It’s absolutely NOT true! There’s a lot of problems with the schools systems but it’s not the funding.

In our area which is rural there are a few small “cities” and they are poorer areas that due to our governors for decades and decades have been funded more than any other schools….these “poor kids who are mostly black” get twice as much funding per student as the rest of our area even though they pay no taxes a and we pay for it! Yet the majority of kids don’t do as well because it has nothing to do with funding!!!! Some kids take advantage of it but most because of family structure or lack of it and crap culture end up doing terrible.
Seeing how Ohio's teacher union is fighting to keep a failed reading curriculum that costs more money, for example.

I'm a black guy. It's not just the fact that Democrats made the welfare state. It's cultural. There are very well known but conveniently ignored cultural aspects of the *CURRENT* black community that drives the outcomes we see
I hear you, but would ask if this is a chicken / egg situation? I am from the south and what may be deemed 'black culture' was different even decades ago. Blacks and whites got along, spoke cordially, had a similar view on morality, had more together families, dressed modestly, etc. I remember that. As a kid, I was talking to an older black gentleman who said he couldn't understand the younger generation, white or black (I am paraphrasing as he had more detail). I had that conversation many times with others too. While our subcultures may still get along fine today, outside of the political arena, there has been a deeper separation in what living in America means (imho): a departure from the unifying standards.
I believe that without strong family, connected communities/churches, all ethnic and geographical groups in America have taken a hit. But broken families, community bonds, and poor education hurt the poorer in ways that are outwardly evident and create desparation in the communities hardest hit by these phenomena. Hollywood stars were divorcing like crazy long before the public, but they could at least afford to look 'put together' even if their souls were lost. Thomas Sowell did well to explain the changes in the culture from even further back in time and in an area that was a city example (Harlem) where blacks and other groups were thriving.
As a conservative, I feel the Democrats have a lot of apologizing to do for the last 'at least' century. In the 60s and prior, they represented Jim Crowe [1.0]; then in the last several decades they have thrown money at certain voting blocks, feeding cultural cancers, so that people don't even remember the good things about education and other past cultural realities. Like Charlie mentioned in this vid, Education has spent more and done less. To me this is since the creation of the Dept of Education in the 70's which created a middleman administrative overhead with no accountability and nothing resource wise making it to many kids. Even today in rural counties in my area, teachers are buying stuff for their classroom and working late filling out government mandated paperwork while all the admin types go home at quitting time.
