- "Days With You" by Jason Webley and Sxip Shirey. This video was shot at the Zipper Factory in New York City on January 6th, 2009. The Zipper was a beautiful all ages venue that sadly closed its doors forever just a few days after this video was shot.
Video concept and editing by Jason Webley. Camera work mostly by Andrew Okpeaha MacLean, with additional footage by Oona Maya and Aaron Kheifets. Thank you to everyone in the audience and working at the Zipper Factory that night!
This song was released in March of 2009 as a limited edition single on Eleven Records. Only 1,111 copies were made. As of the posting of this video, only about 100 are still available. You can order at:

There are days I find myself singing this song without at first consciously realizing it. Then I come back and watch it again, and then again and then again. It's a beautiful melancholic song and nice video.

Thank you Jason for the wonderful song and video! It's been my favorite New Year's Eve song for three years in a row and I believe it will be for many years in the future. This song reminds me of the beauty of the moment and the gloriousness of friendships and of those moments of celebration and pure happiness. We never can tell how life will turn out and yet, how wonderful this moment of appreciation and love for each other. Bittersweet-- my favorite kind of chocolate.

+frootloopstakethewheel it's not actually, but there is irony in it, but I love that you are seeing it your own way, that's the way art should be perceived, in each person's own way. I think there is irony in the lyrics but knowing irony rather than distancing irony. If that makes sense. It's a bit of a dark song but also sincere. Friendship is complex.
