I attend the Gathering Supercars event in Portugal with my Ferrari 360. With over 150 cars involved, there are some special cars in attendance, but I focus my attention on a new 992 generation Porsche 911 GT3 RS... my first time following one of these cars on the road.

Hi Sam! I met you at that event in Cais de Gaia and I have got to say that you are the nicest guy ever! You even introduced yourself to my girlfriend and genuinely made conversation with us and talked about your experience in Morocco. You were already my favourite car youtuber but even more now. Hope to see you again in Portugal!
I met Sam too at the Goodwood Revival in 2021- totally the most down to earth normal guy and had a little chat about a car we were stood near (An Alfa Romeo 8C 2900), he’s exactly the same person that he is in his videos and this is wonderful to see!
I checked Sam in to a hotel for a Goodwood event in 2018, mentioned I was a fan and he was happy to stand and chat for a few mins. So happy to be a small part of his success over the years - it is well deserved and the content just gets better with every upload.
Can we all just take a minute to appreciate how much time and effort Sam puts into his videos. In my opinion they r some of the best and most professional videos from any automotive RUclipsr. Plus I absolutely love his 360 an amazing car😁👏

After Harry Metcalfe, Sam may just be the best British car you tuber today. Seriously high quality content over the last few months.
Harry’s channel is fantastic but I think Sam’s is more imaginative and varied more of the time, less testing cars on the usual route.
This is my favorite rally video, maybe ever. Usually they are so frenetic and this was just perfect. Plus, Portugal is amazing

I hope You've tried the Pastel de Bacalhau without the cheese as they are even better (and more traditional), the Francesinha, the Bifana, oh mate Portuguese gastronomy, or at least some of its vast heritage.
Fun fact, the carbon fibre doors of the 992 GT3 RS are made in Portugal in a Teijin Factory at Palmela near Setúbal where you've been before.

Also regarding 360 and Ferraris in general, not sure if it still is, but near Porto a town called Paços de Ferreira used to be one if not the place with most Ferraris per capita... yes, mental! 🤓
Great content Sam! That GT3 RS is truly insane. I actually had a close look at one yesterday round the back of my nearest OPC and my first thought was.. "I could hang an entire week's washing off the back of that wing.." a bit random... I know.. LOL
About the weissach package. You can now get the WP with painted hood and roof as a no charge option

Sam, just an insider tip on the “typical” snack you had: well, “pastel de bacalhau” and the “queijo da Serra” cheese are both very typical and appreciated indeed. HOWEVER, the idea of mixing them would never ever cross the mind of any Portuguese. What you had there was a product designed for tourists with brilliant (fake) storytelling behind it. The guys behind it are geniuses, but definitely not something I would even consider trying. Well, glad you enjoyed it anyway 😅

I had the opportunity to drive a friend's manual 360 many years ago, it is a spectacular driver's car. Glad to see you enjoying yours, keep it on the road as long as you can. I also recently drove a manual 911 (992), it's not even close to as good to drive as the 360 if you want a manual.

Oporto was named by the Romans, it means the port to Gallia, that's where the name Portugal come from.

Porsche GT head Andreas Preuninger mentioned that you can setup the GT3 RS to be even softer riding than even a regular GTS by using the steering wheel adjustment knobs.
I’m not sure if I’m getting old but I’m starting to think I’d opt for the GT3 over the RS now. As cool as it is they’ve got rather lairy

The Lamborghini Miura SV in attendance belongs to ' Museu do Caramulo' . 'Museu do Caramulo' it's a museum with a very nice classic car collection (Bugatti's, Mercedes, Rolls Royce's and many others) and an Art collection. You should come and visit! It's near my hometown (Viseu) and 130 Km from Porto ;)

i know its just me but if i was there i would definitely notice the 360 out of all of the cars cause its my favorite ferrari of all time, its the ferrari that made me love the brand the styling is perfect its elegant sleek and simple with just a few lines nothing dramatic. its just pure beauty just how a ferrari should be.
