So Tadakuni is woken up from the dream right, remember at the beginning of the episode 4 Tadakuni read manga Yon Piece alone at dusk. So my theory is from that episode 4 through all the stories until now is just his dream, That's why he rarely appears because it's his pov.

Some other comedy shows mostly focused around guys that I haven't seen recommended here is Sakamoto desu ga and Handa-kun. Both are kinda gimmicky, in that there's mostly one joke concept that each series is formed around, but they're entertaining.
The first one is about a character that can basically do no wrong, everyone sees what he does as cool, and other characters try to sabotage him. The second one is about a character that thinks everyone hates him, when everyone actually likes him, and all the hijinks that come from that misunderstanding. Only thing is that episode 1 of Handa-kun is not good, they tried to make a 4th wall joke and it didn't work out well, but for better or worse it can be skipped without affecting the actual story since the entire episode is dedicated to that joke.

If you guys want an anime that has a similar vibe to this anime, with 3 main characters that are like the main characters from Nichijou but less exaggerated, I really recommend the 'Wasteful Days of High School Girls'!

I can't believe it's already over. It's sad that the anime didn't adapt this manga until the final chapter because there are many chapters that weren't adapted. "Shakugan no Shana" (3 seasons of 24 ep each)
A bit more shorter "Hai to gensou no Grimgar" or "Rokka no yuusha"

Mna, the show is so simple and enjoyable, one of my favorites in comedy. I dont know wich other comedies will you check, I hope Prison School has a chance (just 12 episodes + 1 ova). I've also heared often Grand Blue is also really funny, but it didnt worked for me.
Anywway, I hope your channel keeps growing, just be patient.
