I so enjoyed the energy with which you played this classic tune. As a teen, I bought my first album, the soundtrack to the Peter Fonda film Easy Rider. Born To Be Wild and The Pusher were my introduction to Steppenwolf. I could listen to the drum licks all day long. 🥁😎
Jerry Edmonton was so underrated in rock drumming, lots of great fill ideas and classic grooves, especially on The Pusher

This was the standard requirement to be able to play on drums in the day. It was like Smoke on The Water.. if you couldn’t cover it with justice you sucked. I’ve played this one a million times on drums and it always puts the same smile on my face as you. You did it justice.. fun as hell tune to jam to.

Fantastic drumming!! You make it look like soohhhhh much fun. Great song choice too...one of the greatest records of the 1960s. When Stephen Stills saw Steppenwolf live at a small nightclub in LA in the mid 60's, he was so blown away he said that they were "scrary". You have tremendous feel and finesse. Keep playing.

WoW! I loved this lol!! You have so much fun!!! Question... how to you create so much depth between you and your background? Its like endless darkness in the background. I've watched videos on how to achieve that look, but they all have these big rooms and gyms. You are still in the storage unit, right? If so then how were you able to create such great dimension?
