Ezinne Zara, so glad you could film this video about healing from burnout. I am getting out of an episode of burnout that has lasted for the past 8 weeks. I am feeling better already. I was out of the city I work in and took a trip to another city close by. I spent a refreshing weekend with my girls and I am getting back my strength gradually. Creating the room for a slow and boring life would definitely rejuvenate anyone at all especially those who are intrinsic persons whose value for life come from within. We must create intentional time to recharge. Thanks again! I love your channel a lot. Keep up the good work. 🥰
