Only thing I'd change is the Panasonic nuke, replace it with a Meile speed oven, part nuke, part convection. I need one in my life. And add a Gaggenau pizza oven, but where would it fit? Could lower the whole thing I guess. The Wolf cooktop is sweet, I like Wolf cooktops but prefer Meile ovens. I have neither, I sign up for cooking classes just so I can use the school's equipment, not a full curriculum, just one day classes for particular meals for us amateur cooks who have crappy appliances at home.
