Appears to be a fairly typical new build BC apartment with somewhat upscale counter tops. The balcony is decently large, but unfortunately the views are only of other glass towers, you can barely see any water or mountains. This 2 bed + den is clearly no more than 1300 sqft interior and so is priced at about $2000/sqft. Better options can be found elsewhere in the Vancouver condo market.
engineered hardwood? fancy of way of saying its particleboard vinyl? btw what is the ceiling height? cant tell if the ceilings are low or if your just really tall.
Not a bad price for downtown, disappointing entry...but a serviceable condo, nice views and 3 bedrooms would make it a great corporate rental or small family home in the city...and 2.3 million is a deal...in NYC it would be 5 million.
