I love that the home has tons of flex spaces to use and that since there's a home theater there's plenty of space in the what would be the family room , I would build it out as a concession area next to the bar and really entertain , the kitchen area by the pantry and fridge is a dry/coffee bar to be able to serve guests or yourself
